I'm sorry for posting that...lesson learned!

Thank you.

Normally a timeline includes every single place the person was seen. WE all assumed that Michelle's sister saw Michelle and that the next person to see Michelle was Dale. Little did we know there was a stop along the way.

It's clear that the daycare is not under any suspicion.

Maybe it is just me, but I do prefer all the details when working on something.

respectfully snipped

I agree. For all we know, someone could have spotted her and the kids at the daycare and decided to follow them or something. It's important to have all the details.

Wasn't Michelle expected to be at work by 6:30 p.m.? I thought I heard that. I just can't imagine a 11 y.o. not calling sooner when he knows mommy works and/or has a routine. I thought I heard her sister state that Michelle had said she wanted to go take a nap before work because she was tired.

OK, maybe someone local knows the driving time between all these places because something is not adding up here.

Michelle is expected at work by 7:30, and it's been said she allegedly had a dinner date with the bf at 6:30.

And wantjustice says she thinks the sister said Michelle wanted to take a nap before work--which would make sense to me since she's probably tired from working earlier, getting up early with the kids and now has to go work another job until late night.

Even if she just takes a 30 minute nap, she also has to feed the 11 y.o. and get ready for work --and maybe even shower since she's meeting the bf for dinner.

Add driving time home from Dale's and later to dinner and work...when the heck would she have time to "go shopping" like Dale says she did?!

And would she really even feel like shopping on a day when she's working both jobs? I know when I did that, my butt was sitting as much as possible between to give my legs a rest.

I know I've got a lot of assumptions here, but the "going shopping" story just doesn't make sense to me.

Unless "going shopping" was meant to pick up something for her son for his dinner? I wonder if plans had been made for what he was going to eat that night...

I reviewed the video of Hummer coming and going again. The leaving Hummer does not have a tire cover on it and it appears that MP's did from the missing posters. Just an observation!

It doesn't to me either. I didn't know she was planning on meeting the new BF. I don't see how she could do all that and go shopping.

any chance Michell WAS NOT IN the hummer video shot at 3:18?

hmmm trying to figure a reason for the discreprency

I was thinking the same thing, it definitly doesn't take from 2:30-3:18 to make that drive. Imo that would leave a scenario of her going somewhere else in between..
Also just a thought, what if ds called to have her meet somewhere other than his house, did the deed and it was him driving the hummer back to his house to drop the twins off?
I could keep going if anyone wants to hear more of mo.

I WONDERED THE SAME THING. I wondered if he might have said meet me at my workplace, and we will exchange the kids. And she drives into the perfect place for him to dispose of her quickly and secretly.

Somebody else said the wheel wells were different. Did that seem right to you?

I wondered if maybe Michelle lied to Dale about where she was going or what her plans were that night. If she was in the habit of trying to avoid an argument with him, she may have given him a slightly different version of the truth. Knowing the volatility of the relationship, I think that it is reasonable to assume that she would not have told Dale the entire truth when she answered a question.

If that is what happened, then Michelle did not really have plans to go shopping and Dale isn't lying about what he knew her plans to be, which somewhat complicates the situation.

With all she had planned, when did her son expect to see her? Maybe around 4:30-5:00? But, then she was going to take a nap and meet bf for dinner. I've felt bad for this little boy since the court hearing.

We're all assuming that the 11yr old son went straight home from school. Do we know that for sure instead of him having after school activities or some such that wouldn't have had him home right after school lets out?

He might not have been home yet at 3:30 or so.

ETA: We also do not know if, or how many times, or what times the 11 yr old son tried to call Michelle's cell phone before finally calling grandma at the salon at 6:50. I know my kids would try to call and text me a number of times before resorting to calling my mom to look for me.

We just do not yet know all the facts and phone activity yet in this timeline. Much has not been released by either family or LE.

Michelle did have to stop at the daycare center to pick up the twins. Maybe it took 15 minutes, by the time she signed out the children, got all their things together, put them in their car seats and get back on the road again.

One of our posters stated it takes her about 30 to 35 minutes to make that drive and that was without stopping to pick up two children and put them in their car seats.

She left the salon at 2:30, and she also had to stop by and get the kids at daycare, no? That would eat up some of the 2:30 to 3:18 time. That's why I'd like to know the location of the daycare and the exact time the kids were picked up.

Exactly. If she left the salon @ 2:30, that's 48 minutes (2:30-3:18). Depending on where the daycare is located, that is pretty much exactly the time expected. It used to take me around 10 minutes to sign out, gather things & load up kids including a brief chat w/ the teacher. According to Google maps, from the salon to DS2's condo it would be 32 minutes. 10 mins + 32 mins = 42 minutes

I really wish they would say what time the p/u of kids occurred & the location of the daycare. I may be wrong, but I believe it is state regulation that requires a sign out of children. I remember forgetting once & the teacher went bananas saying that they can get in deep doo doo if parents don't sign out so they were very strict about that.

I have heard it being reported that Dale left a half-hour after Michelle dropped off the children and also heard Dale left one hour after dropping off the children. Both versions came from the family and media.

I wish we had a more definite time from Dale himself, as in a "statement" so we can get a clearer picture. Oh, if only they would unseal that search warrant we might have a better picture. (off to bed I go)

Okay...any poster that knows me knows I think outside the box, so to speak...
Let's just first run with the theory that Michelle is not with us :( and that she was killed by DS/ accomplice (one or both). She drops off the kids at 3:18 at DS Jr's address. We know from his FB post that he was at least home for the LE to search his home by 10:00 pm plus on that night because he posted that the police just searched his home and that she was missing. That post was at 11:08 pm. He stated on FB that the police had essentially just left.

How does her Hummer leave the complex? Assuming he incapacitated her/ someone else was lying in wait at his house. Say she was killed inside his home. Okay...then her hummer has to eventually leave the condo complex. Does he have a garage? If not...wouldn't it have been noticeable to the neighbors if her car had been parked outside his place for an extended period of time? I am trying to do the math here. At some point he takes the twins to his parents. Did he drop them off in his car? Where is the hummer at this point? Then at 4:26pm her phone texts her brother with a one word text "Waterford" but the phone is not near Waterford. Would it make sense that either an accomplice was at the home? Or that he dropped off the kids and perhaps his dad then road with him back to the house? Because at some point the Hummer wound up where it was found.

So then after multiple calls/texts from the current boyfriend/family members...the phone is finally powered off at 8:00 pm near DS Sr.'s residence. Not close to where her car was eventually found. What was that phone pinging on frmo 4:26pm until 8:00pm when it was powered off? When did DS Jr. go home? After he got the phone call around 10:00pm from her family telling him she was missing? When did the police search his home? For him to have put that FB post out there that the cops had just searched his house looking for her...he would have at the very least have had to be home by 10:30. His post was at 11:08pm. Is it possible that he had help? I am looking at the timeline...and to me the 3:18 vs 4:00 pm deal is irrelevant. There was a ****load of time between 4:00pm and 10:00 for anything to have happened or have occurred. JMO>
