I've been down with the stomach flu for the past two days and literally didn't have the strength to power on the laptop even. If anyone can provide me additional search locations I will be happy to get this updated.

I don't get this.:waitasec: How can a security camera record her arriving but not leaving because of the angle of the camera? Wouldn't she have left the same way she she arrived?

3:18 p.m. -- A security camera records Parker dropping her twin 3 year olds off at Smith's condo on Goldenrod Road. Due to the angle of the camera, her departure time was not recorded.

I was thinking the same thing until I looked at the complex map posted here and the video showing maybe Michelle wasnt turing into DS2 driveway just pulling in front of his condo.

Then all she would have to do to leave is continue further around the same road and out.

If she had parked in DS2 driveway...then maybe yes she would back out and then go out the way she entered...but in the video she appeared to be merging into the left lane and maybe parking in front along the street.

Hope this helps as I wondering the same thing... Sorry I dont have the links but the links and photos were given recently in the last few threads...

The mother of the suspect in the disappearance of Michelle Parker was subpoenaed to answer questions about the case this morning.

Lawyer Richard Hornsby accompanied Tamara Smith to the answer questions under oath at the Orange-Osceola State Attorney's Office around 10:30 a.m.

Good....maybe things are fixing to move. Wonder why they had to subpoena her? Or is that just a formality and not her being difficult?

We have security cameras all over our house. Ours are set to only record when there is movement, and you can adjust the sensitivity. When a car comes the camera does back up and records the car entering the area within range of the camera and shows it driving by. Now if someone continued on the other way our camera's wouldn't be triggered to pick this up as they face the other way (we do have several so we have more footage/angles than possibly this homeowner) Hope this helps a little

The condo complex has two exits. She may have driven out the long way instead of driving in the way she came. In fact we know she did, otherwise the camera would have picked her up. The camera was aimed towards the driveway of DS's neighbor.

WESH 2 News was the only news outlet present at the State Attorney's Office when Smith's mother, Tamara Smith, entered the building with her attorney. Lead investigators in the case were also seen entering.
After entering the building shortly after 9 a.m., Tamara Smith answered questions under oath, her attorney said.

"Any questions that were asked she fully answered," said Richard Hornsby, Tamara Smith's attorney.

I don't understand why his mother would need to hire a defense attorney just to go answer questions to the police. That really has me wondering what the heck is going on with this family. Why did they have to issue a subpoena to her to get her to answer questions? I know it is her son that is named as the primary suspect, but if she believes he is innocent, had nothing to do with it and knows nothing to make her think otherwise, the uncoopertiveness and hiring her own defense attorney just seems really off the wall to me.

I'm curious who at the state attorney's office has been assigned. Someone has already since it was that office that issued the subpoena to the mother.
