I am confused. If someone was so careful to dispose of her, and they can't find her, how could the phone have been found? Just saying that I would expect the perp to smash that phone to smithereens beyond recognition and dispose of it in some trash can where no one would ever find it.

If they confirmed it is her phone, I am guessing they were able to power it up and access her data and sim card info. I am thinking that the phone was intact.

They say it will help a lot in moving the investigation forward. I am dying to know where they found it, but I bet the location was very telling it and that is why they are keeping it close to the vest.

Not sure if it has been posted yet, but LE issued more subpoenas today. I know one of them was an investigative subpoena to Dale Smith's mother. Richard Hornsby is representing her.

In their article they write: Investigators spent time Tuesday questioning the mother of the prime suspect in the case, Dale Smith. Smith is Parker's ex-fiance and the father of her twins.

Dale's mother was questioned on Tuesday, and Dale's father today (Wednesday) and there is an "unknown" person that was also served to come in to the DA for questioning.

I can't (and wouldn't anyway) post the link, but DS Jr's FB page for friends and supporters is now asking for donations. There's a link to donate...I clicked on it but couldn't access it to find out more because I'm on my IPad. But the posting states he hasn't worked in two weeks because he has the twins, things are tough, he's not getting any $$$$ from the other donations, etc.

Hopefully it won't be long now and we will be seeing those words. I'm hoping there was DNA on the phone and I'm sitting on pins and needles wanting to see exactly where it was found.

DS's DNA being on it could be easily explained away, I'd think. JMO

They appear to be married to me. She was the woman opening the gate when DS jr left to go meet with MN. She was walking with him after the court hearing.

Tamara Smith spent about 30 minutes answering questions under oath on Tuesday, and WFTV was told there will be more to come.

"Somebody knows something and we're getting close to cracking, somebody's going to crack," Stewart said.

Orlando police said more people have been subpoenaed to talk, but detectives aren't saying who they are.

Parker's mother, Yvonne Stewart, said she sees the new development as a step closer to finding her daughter.
