Yes it does. The pic of michelle is a mirror image, given that she clearly took a pic in a mirror. Flip it around and it matches just fine.

I did. I knew it was a mirror image and was trying to picture in my mind. didn't think it matched. I flipped it left, then mirrored. matches fine. sorry.

Cell phone. Whats your thoughts on the scratches on the iphone case?

Tosses from a moving car? Not much damage for that to have happened.
looks like it slid across concrete or asphalt. You would think if it was tossed it would have landed on a corner and damaged a corner. Looks like it landed flat and slid, possible I gues.

If it had been hidden and someone rolled, don't think it would be in that condition. It would look like it did originally, or would be smashed in a million pieces. No need to scratch the case and then keep it.

Maybe I'm making too much of the wording but to me it sounds like they're almost surprised that it was found in that condition based on where it was found.

I think they were expecting it to be at the bottom of a lake or in a million pieces. The phone case looks about what I'd expect if it had been out in the elements for 3+ weeks

I can see that too. Remember brother posting on fb about 3 days ago, saying they had good news but couldn't say anything at that point?

Just speculating here--I wonder if it WAS in the water? Four days ago the family reports good news coming... if the iPhone was waterlogged it would take two or three days to dry it out (using the bag-of-rice technique... for all I know, LE may have some super-fast drying technique to speed the process?) :waitasec:

Most definitely....I am shocked that it still worked...suspect didn't do a very good job getting rid of it...pretty big detail....Thank goodness

Any thoughts on why that particular photo of Michelle was chosen to be released? I'm guessing there were other photos on there but why this one?
