I'm having the same issue. I'm wondering if they filed it and then quickly sealed it until an arrest is made? Perhaps that's the reason the link disappeared for Eefive?

I can't pull it up either. But that is a 2011 case number. 2011-CF-016494-A-O, in that the '2011-CF' means it's a 2011 felony. I wonder what the June 2010 date is all about? That makes no sense whatsoever. I have looked up soooo many cases on that site as I've lived in Orange County my whole life and have never seen anything like that. Or one just disappear.

I'm guessing they found some pot during the raid and this probabley violated his conditions of release? Also maybe they are mad because they think Dale Sr. knows more and since they maybe didn't get the info they expected from him during questioning this is a way to make his life miserable? Just a guess.

I was just looking at the map and if DS2 left heading north out of his condo that is the direct path to DS1 home...

Really how smart is that....NOT

The quickest way (per google) from DS2 to DS1 home is going south from the condo onto CR528 but this is a toll road....and cameras.

The quickest IMO is N on Goldenrod, L on Hoffner, across 436 (Semoran Blvd) it's still Hoffner, go across Conway Rd, you start into Belle Isle, go across "The Bridge" and your still on Hoffner, go thru the light at Hansel, to Orange Ave, L on Orange Ave, R on Oakridge. (by Jesse Blacks Saloon) and it's a straight shot up Oakridge to Daddy's. Keeps you off the main roads and it's a cut thru.

I added what I think is a possible and perhaps most likely route DS would have taken from the Condo to his father's house, crossing over the bridge where the phone was found.

I think that he would have had to go on Hoffner road.. that is the wrong bridge that you have them going over i think... Here is the bridge that goes between little conway lake and conway lake

Does anyone know concerning the bolded items above (BBM): Would those be the arrest date? Why would LE wait 1.5 years to charge? I mean they did not know back then that MP would go missing. Also the Information Filed and Probable Cause Finding... Is that the date they filed info on the above and recieved an order of probable cause or is it something unrelated to the above charges? Very confusing info IMO.

Horrible. I don't know how parents hold onto that much hope as long as they do. At least she got there sooner than the Anthony clan. I feel so bad for her.

It's so hard understanding why this happens...I am fighting back tears, my heart aches for this family! I so prayed for her safe return. I wish they would get those kids out of that house. I can't help but think that they are in danger around these people that may feel they have no way out. Please Lord, protect those babies!

Unfortunately Michelle's body could be anywhere at this point. Let's not forget where the Hummer was found. I think her body is closer to that. Does anyone know if they searched the Park Central area? It's close to Milenia Mall and there are some wooded areas west of it and north.

Those Lakes look like they would be quite large to search.

I am really surprised that they found drugs during the raid. I would have expected he'd get rid of anything like that. Seems odd. imo

Obviously the brother's good news of a couple of days ago wasn't the phone as some speculated. The family seem to have made a complete 180. This really dashed their hopes of finding Michelle alive.

Wrong bridge. I think the phone was found near the hoffner bridge, not the nela bridge.

Maybe because they know she would hold on to that phone till the end??? Not sure but she strikes me as using her phone, text etc a lot...wouldn't leave home without it....???
