We do not know if the information about the drugs back in 2010 are Dale, Sr.'s. This man as far as I can tell has no criminal record; maybe a traffic violation.

Actually he spent time in jail for Theft in the mid 80's. It was posted way back in one of the first threads and is on the OC Comptroller site. Also there are records for him trying to first appeal and then have it removed from records but both were denied.

We have to find the case being heard in court before we look at probation. This man has no record on file that I can find within Orange County.

I'm a paralegal by profession and I saw this and decided to go look myself at the Orange County Clerk site. I have to say? When you run that case number that was posted - there is no such case number I see comes up at all. Period. Nor anyone with THAT particular date of birth with the name Dale W Smith, for that matter. something seems extremely hinky about this one. JMHO

I looked at all the cases filed today and that number is not there.

I may be wrong, but i wouldn't think it would show up as "filed today" since it was filed in 2010, and just updated today?

I did find a case # 2010-CF-016494-A-O to see if this was the case back in 2010, however, it is not the same person. I was thinking maybe they put in the wrong year.

Thank you. I don't recall seeing that, but I am willing to look for it.

I used the birth date of 11/24/1947 and nothing came up. There are a few Dale Smith's outside of the Dale, Jr, & Sr.

The case number should read 2010 as this is when this offense happened. It is odd to have a 2011 case number for something that happened the year before. At least, I have not seen it that way.

Now the map shows the route going down hoffner. IMO this is the route that a person would take to go from DSII area of orlando to DSI area.

Well I do believe here that if you are in violation of probation new charges would be filed. I'm not 100% sure though. And since we have no absolute proof of this I guess, for now it's best to disregard it.

not a bad idea...a good idea if in fact the perp had thought of it....maybe...but i doubt they did and also that would be a lot of cutting and flushing IMO....

what else could have happened to those stickers. For some reason, this just struck me as being very important.

Stickers are very hard to deal with whilst wearing gloves. I hope LE found the stickers.

From the posted article, seems that cases are numbered consecutively, according to when they are obtained. The number for this one says 482011CF016494000AOX. Is there a case numbered 016493? And one numbered 016495?

Ok, looked up all the felony cases filed today. As you can see from this screencap of the section where this should be, there is a big gap. It skips from -016476 to -016496. It could be as simple as information still being entered, but I'm not sure. Also, if they have issued a warrant for an arrest, it will show that warrant in the event section and also show "out for arrest" in the case status area.

Thanks Tammy. Without an actual link, we can't know that that info ever really existed on line. I'd feel better if eefive were still on here and contributing... May have been a drive-by.

I'm thinking they are putting the heat on. Who's gonna lie? Who's gonna turn? Who might finally say what they need. I believe that is the reason for all these investigative subpoenas - the timing. I believe LE KNOWS certain things for a fact and they are going to ask questions they already know the answer to just to see who is lying.
