Yes, that is the big question. Her family deserves to know.

The family said Mimose was going through a messy divorce and the last person to see her was her estranged husband, Jose Luis Pacheco. The couple was living in different rooms of the house as Mimose filed for divorce.

Simenta Dulcio said she briefly saw him at the house Friday morning.

All kinds of red flags here, especially since he said he hadn't seen Mimose in "several days" yet he was seen at their house on Friday:

Four days after Mimose Dulcio was last seen at her Fort Lauderdale area home, her husband was arrested in Hialeah on a second-degree murder charge.

Jose Luis Pacheco, 36, was cuffed Monday night after a warrant for his arrest was issued out of Broward County. As of Tuesday at noon, he was in Miami-Dade Corrections custody.

Police conducts death investigation after woman's body found in west Miami-Dade

Miami-Dade police investigators were in Northwest Miami-Dade Wednesday afternoon, assisting detectives from the Broward Sheriff's Office after the body of a woman had been found in the area.

Pacheco told detectives that they had been married for 18 months and had signed the paperwork for their divorce on November 9th.

The sister said Dulcio told her she was uncomfortable with Pacheco living at the home but he said he was saving up money to move out. The report said detectives searched Pacheco's home and found videos of the Pacheco and Dulcio arguing and yelling at each other."
