This was at the complex where he hung himself - I believe he started at Miya’s complex this past July - although he was just accused of this incident it seems like a response to rejection pattern IMO

i wonder if he was not charged because lack of evidence but the complaining woman may have reported it to the apt management which caused him problems at work so he switched jobs.

Friday marks one week missing

As the sun rose over the seventh day since Miya Marcano disappeared from her home near Orlando, dozens of Orange County Sheriff's Office deputies arrived at a field in New Smyrna Beach to continue in the search for her.

Deputies were first led near the Intracoastal in south Volusia County, about 50 miles from Miya's apartment, by cellphone evidence.

The Sheriff's Office set up a command post near the South Causeway on Thursday. Work there resumed before 8 a.m. Friday.

Miya's family was told 27-year-old Armando Caballero's cellphone registered in the area sometime after Miya was last seen, which was one week ago.

The company that owns the Arden Villas apartment complex said all potential employees undergo criminal background checks, and no records of burglary or sexual assault appeared for Caballero.

A Florida Department of Law Enforcement criminal history for Caballero shows one prior arrest in the state. In December 2013 he was arrested in Polk County on charges of using a destructive device resulting in property damage and discharging a weapon on school property, the Orlando Sentinel reported.

An arrest report said Polk County Sheriff’s deputies were called to the campus of Warner University after a report of a bomb going off inside a dorm. The explosive turned out to be a toilet bowl cleaner concoction inside a plastic drink bottle. The report said Caballero admitted to using the improvised explosive as a “prank” on other residents of the dorm. No one was injured.

Sadly I think she may have been in that car. Didn’t they say he acted nervous? I bet he wasn’t prepared to run in to her family members that quickly. He had already run out of time. He had to know it was over. Panics. What does he do with her? Then like a coward, he took his own life with that knowledge. What did he do with her?

He was panicking IMO… he thought he would get away with whatever he was up to up to then.

Like I said, he wasn’t expecting to see some of her family that quick and if she was in his car, that they were standing steps away from…I would be hysterical if I was in his shoes. It's a huge area of winding waterway. Unless he had a boat I don't see him going too far in. The staging area was an old Winn Dixie and Outback Steakhouse. It's been closed for ages. A friend rented it out at the beginning of the Afghanistan war and used to pack boxes for the soldiers there. I know of a planned hotel that's supposed to be going there. It's VERY dark there at night. I don't know how many people actually know that the area exists there. The high bridge is too busy in recent years to drop someone over. The growth in the area is crazy the last five years or so. Absolutely nothing existed in that area when I started driving that route back in '81. I could clearly see the ocean with almost no high rises. Across the road there's a big housing subdivision on the water, used to be a garbage dump. Why exactly are they searching there? There's so much empty land between there and I-4 that he could have left her, tons of wooded area. Tons. Do they know of any stops he made along the way?
