getting some really bad vibes about this jury selection in Dippolito...very rushed and leaving people on that appear to be sleeping...some can't hear and some with language...not sure on this trial.

boy listening to t he last part of this jury selection....so few serious questions asked of these jurors and judge says they are going to finish today....i was on a jury for a very petty type of trial and way more scrutiny...guess every state and court is different....I think judge will finally change the venue today...at least that will make attys shut up a bit. This trial is doomed and I guess I don't understand why appeal court reversed the verdict in the first place.

Uggghhhh... this is beyond ridiculous. Between the State's fumbling, defense's motions and objections, the sidebars, the jury in and out, the constant F bombs from DDs mouth and the guy whose speech is so slurred because how high is he anyways?

No wonder the judge called out the attorneys. This is painful.

Worst. Trial. Ever.
