Now LE undercover agent "hitman" on stand. I thought last name was John. State going over his qualifications and asking him what his roll would be in this case. LE explains how he contacted DD, used a drop phone, used only for this case. Contacted DD that day. Phone area code was not the same as area of case

AM got DD address at this meet, which is about 30 min from DD house

Looking at pics of CVS...AM knows area as it is in his patrol area

AM pulls out 2 pics that shows where he parked at CVS

AM car used is undercover car

Other LE in parking lot, one was to take photos as they met

AM looks at photos that show DD car, AM car, DD getting out of her car and his car

Yes, defense objects to pics...over ruled

Undercover car wired shortly before with a button camera. Camera looked like a screw in the back if the car....this car had screws as part of interior...good car for hidden cameras

AM explained to DD how he would appear to burglarize the hoise and husband walk in and hitman would give 2 shots to head. DD did not flinch when she was told how the hit would go down

Husband would be in Tahoe

Cannot hear lawyer, answers are yes or no

Defense arguing about an hour time meet after a call that turned to 3 hours. Defese asked it it was odd, AM said no.

Defense thinks it is odd AM did not know informant ....spoke only briefly once before meeting about a car id....never knew who he was....defense keeps hammering on this informant again....keeps going over it and over it

Appears trying to shake up the dectective/hitman, but it is not happening

Now defense thinks it is odd that Chillis was so close to CVS and DD drove did not walk. AM said it is not odd.

Again bringing up delay in meeting....this is just ridiculous...keeps bringing in COPS show....said delay was because of COPS....AM cannot say delay was because of COPS

Now defense saying need key to house to murder, AM said no

BUT IMO did LE know these two were going to meet...how could they set up anything
