Yep, sure seems that way. I hope his obsession means he won't have killed her. I hope she is someplace with him pretending to be with him willingly and biding her time until she can safely escape again.

Plus he still had a firearm--he shot at Rachel when she was running away form the car! That should have got him re-arrested, but I guess they couldn't find him? IDK.

I wonder what is the difference between threats and "terroristic" threats? Does that mean he threatened to blow something up? Any lawyers lurking on this thread?

Thanks. So my paraphrasing is that he threatened to kill someone (assuming it is Rachel) in a way that would cause great bodily harm to them and damage personal property.

Well, on the one hand the comment is right--I hope LE is not only focusing on the husband but I think the fact that the husband has a violent past history and also called her right before she went missing is a good indication he might have her. They need to find him to verify that and see if he can prove he didn't go to Florida. He is homeless but he has a car and a phone. Would not take much for him to go get her.

Thanks, but I haven't done much. All I'm doing is trying to keep her thread bumped. Hope it gets more attention. I've never been a victim of DM but I have friends who have. Hugs to you Sassy! I'm glad you survived!

Are there any arrest records out there for Rachel? I'm noticing her name is sometimes spelled with an A and sometimes without it in the articles. Wonder what the legal spelling is? Also, how long has she been married to Jarvis?
