I think so. He was arrested in connection with her disappearance, wasn't he? I hope a mod will clarify, I'm not a mod but I know we can sleuth official suspects. Someone let me know if I'm mistaken about him being a suspect.

I believe he was arrested in connection with her disappearance.

Rachael filed a police report on Nov. 14 after she said she was held against her will by Jarvis Madison.

A felony warrant was issued for his arrest on criminal confinement charges.

Rachel Madison has been in Florida since Nov. 16. Authorities say her husband had been calling relatives inquiring about his wife's whereabouts and had even threatened to kill her aunt for hiding her.

The above articles were before they arrested him and this is what I'm basing my assumption we can sleuth him--Authorities believed she left with him and there was a warrant put out for his arrest after she went missing, even though that warrant seems to be from previous actions (criminal confinement) in Indiana and not from Florida. Someone correct if this is wrong, please!

A Volusia County Sheriff’s Office report released Thursday said that “Jarvis’ vehicle that was the subject of the missing persons bulletin, the silver 2011 Honda Pilot, has been located and impounded.”

According to a Volusia County Sheriff’s Office report, Jarvis Madison had threatened to kill his wife several times in the past.
The sheriff’s office said that Rachael Madison has not been located and is still missing.

Louisville, KY (WHAS11) -- The U.S. Marshals Service Fugitive Task Force announced early Friday they were able to arrest Jarvis Wayne Madison in Louisville without incident.
Madison was wanted in connection with the disappearance of his wife Rachael L. Madison, 44, who was staying with family in Florida after leaving Indiana to distance herself from him.
Rachel Madison is still missing. Her disappearance is under investigation and the FBI’s assisting.

This case has been a constant in the back of my mind despite my insanely busy, craptastic week! You two make me proud AND LOL! I've survived domestic abuse. (Albeit, not to this degree) I'm so very proud that you two are on the case!

She may have went with him because he had a gun. She may have tried to eacaped again and he killed her.

I hope her children know she tried and the journal she was writing in brings them some comfort now or later.(I don't know their ages or what relationship they had).
I do believe they have an angel watching over then now.

I agree. Jarvis was possive and controlling. His ego got hurt when she left him and he was intent on killing her. His Jesus talk in court makes me think that he is going to attempt a fake insanity defense. He's already confessed.
