A Bradenton man left for church Friday morning. Deputies say he never returned home.

Richard Cerveny, 88, left his Fort Hamer home around 7:45 a.m. Friday to attend an 8 a.m. church service, but his family says he never made it back.

His credit card was used in Arcadia, Fla., at 9:15 a.m. and again in Lake Placid at 12:23 p.m. He is driving a white Acura 4-door hatchback Ohio Tag 847YQJ (Korean War Veteran tag).
