I wonder if this has less to do with PTSD and more of a rapidly growing brain tumor or brain aneurysm. The story the daughter provides does not sound like he was intending to harm himself, nor was he mentioning any past violent memories. He was aware enough to know that the grandson should not follow him when he left. Moments of lucidity and moments of bizarre conversation are not uncommon if the brain is not working properly.

AFAIK, LE has not publicly revealed whether RF's daughter or anyone else has been ruled out. However, we're not allowed to sleuth and/or accuse anyone who has not been specifically named a POI or suspect.

My apologies if you have read the rules and are already aware of that but I just wanted to be sure. MOO

73 year-old Robert Ford was last seen in Sanford, Florida on November 30th 2019. Robert might have been wearing basketball shorts with a t-shirt, and a magenta-colored sweater. Robert is of a tanned complexion, and his left eye might be bloodshot. He might have a small growth of a beard, and he has various scarring on his body. Bumping for Mr. Ford. It appears the missing FB page for him has been taken down. I can find no updates since December.

Sad. I think the COVID lockdown stopped a lot of searches and even online searches.

As of the end of May, he had not been found per the social media posts that pop up during a search of his name. I agree the pandemic has stalled so much, especially the older missing persons cases it seems.
