FL - Sara Morales, 35, shot dead by motorcyclist she hit with car, Orange City, 20 Nov 2021

I would also like more deets on the motorcycle on the front porch. Nowhere in any article that i've read states that it belonged to any of the 3 men involved.

It would also seem very strange to me if it did belong to one of the 3, that he would just drive up and neatly park it there.

Interesting since it's strange to me that three male motorcycle bikers would follow Sara home, and that they would refuse to leave once Sara insisted that they leave. And of course, one source states that the 911 Dispatcher advised the three men to leave the premises.

It's also strange to me that the media has not reported on what Andrew Derr did for a living; yet they have widely reported that Sara worked at a local library. There's also been no details released on Sara's handgun.

Unless they tried to enter her home, she really cant defend it. Likewise, shooting people who refuse to leave a yard is a stretch.

The bikers have the exact same second amendment rights as she and I do. As a further side note, the biker who shot her was not wearing anything remotely similar to "2%" / outlaw biker patches etc.
Your yard is not your home? How about the bike on her porch? Does your second amendment allow three men to chase down a woman and shoot her when she exercises her 2nd amendment right? Is anyone allowed to trespass on your property as long as they arent in your house? I dont believe that. MOO

I think that it is reasonable to assume that they were armed, just based on probabilities.
And anyway police can shoot people dead because they might be armed, why cant a pregnant woman with three males chasing her and coming on to her property.
Police have much more discretion than your average Joe on the street. The police want to apprehend a criminal and the public want them to go away. They make millions of encounters a year with a minute number of shootings.

But yes, these dudes were extremely aggressive. I wonder what they were exchanging words about before everything happened? I wonder why this isn’t in the police report?

I don't agree with that. Police have shot people that they pulled over for a broken tail light and then shot them. They just recently shot a wheelchair bound man nine times because he supposedly had a knife. Like a young healthy, armed policeman could not arrest an much older man in wheelchair without emptying his gun into him, paying no heed to any other shoppers at that store.

I don’t think it would allow them to drive onto her property at all. Surely that can’t be one their bikes? So if not one of theirs maybe it’s her boyfriend’s?

What I said is true, but let’s not get off track. This has nothing to do with a police shooting.

She has a fiancé but he was not home according to all reports I have read.
If it is not AD’s bike (the shooter) or one of the other men who followed her, is her fiancé also a biker, is there a connection between him and the biker who shot her, or the other bikers present at the traffic incident?

That is a good point.

No one's making assumptions? Are you joking? I've never seen a thread with more wild assumptions.
"No one's making assumptions - but I would like more details on what lead up to the shooting, or whether or not she was legally allowed to have pulled a gun if it turns out they were trespassing on her property."

I'd like to know why it was self-defense <modsnip> for the three male bikers, but Sara supposedly is not allowed to use a gun to defend herself and her daughter and older mother? If Sara had been a man defending her daughter and older mother, would she be viewed differently? Would Sara then be a hero? Should we perhaps blame Sara's father and boyfriend who were not home at the time?

Besides, Sara told the 911 Operator that the men had threatened her. Interesting that they haven't released the entire 911 call, nor have they advised what Andrew Derr did for a living; or details of Sara's handgun. Why the secrecy? Why not release the entire 911 call when Sara stated that the men had threatened her?

This link has a video with both 911 calls, it also clearly shows a motorcycle on her porch. The shooter was very close as you can clearly hear him speaking after the shots in her 911 call. It appears another male caller made a 911 call after the gunfire, not before.
Either one of the bikers drove onto her porch or someone from her house also has a bike.
Lots of unanswered questions here, I don’t think a librarian just intentionally hit a biker in a group of bikers out of the blue, there must be more to this story.

Pregnant Librarian Drove into Motorcyclist on Purpose and Pulled Gun on Him When He Followed Her Home, Cops Said. The Man Allegedly Shot and Killed Her.
It sounds like he was right next to her!

<modsnip: Quoted post was removed>

Theories are a normal process on this sleuthing site.
I’m interested in your theory of why a pregnant librarian allegedly attacked these men with her car, as you seem convinced.
What could have possibly been her motive?
Any ideas?

According to Sara's best friend, there were not any bikers in her close family circle or among her close friends. This was via 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 for Sara's daughter and parents.

As I've mentioned, the police have stated that Sara told the 911 Operator that the men threatened her, yet the entire 911 call has not been released to the public. Wonder why the entire 911 call has not been released to the public? Sara made two 911 calls; one from her car, and one from a landline at her house. And why the secrecy over what Andrew Derr did for a living? Everyone knows that Sara worked at a local library.

Has a copy of the police report been made available?

This would be important because it is not uncommon for msm articles to contain errors, assuptions on the writer's part, or to be slanted in a sensationalist manner, especially when they can throw shade <modsnip> MOO
