Please!
No juror misconduct.
There are plenty of alternate jurors.
Juror # 13 is a DV survivor.
How this is known I do not know but LYK addressed it the other night and he's pretty careful and I've read it elsewhere.
Maybe they can't deal with the deliberations after seeing the videos?
Just letting the imagination flow.
Did no one press SB for credible answers? Just give up because she lies?OMG!
His papers and meds.
Yep he was leaving
Did the state jump on that asking SB why were those items in the case when it for for donations.?
2 of the most important things for Jorge to have and take with him.
Heard that....but I dont believe a word she said. Hope jury sees through her.SB testified it was a broken suitcase and she had the suitcase out because they'd been cleaning the townhome and she was purging things and intended to donate the suitcase with other household things she had put inside.
Listening to the judge SB checked off all the 2nd degree boxesHere are the charges. Jury can go for a lesser charge, if not second degree murder
Second degree murder
Lesser charge: manslaughter
Lesser charge: Culpable negligence
I'll check it out.The body language expert video I posted upthread who observed the trial and jurors commented on their interactions including Juror #13.
I think Judge Kraynick knows that the evidence is there for 2nd degree and there's a good possibility if the jury has a 4 hrs+ they very well could come to agreement on one of the 3 possibilities given them.Is it just me or did the defense attorney look a little surprised that he may have to spend his Friday night in that courtroom?
So many trials seem to end on Fridays. Is this a prosecution tactic or just coincidence?
As always, JMO.
I don't know where that comes from. If you look up the law, it says 16 as the minimum. From the Judge when SB rejected her plea deal for manslaughter, SB is instructed if she's found guilty of 2nd degree murder, the lowest permissible sentence the court can levy is 22.5 years.
Begins at about 3 min mark:
Oct 7, 2024
If there are aggravating factors the minimum can be increased.I don't know where that comes from. If you look up the law, it says 16 as the minimum.
