I also thought of the bat but then something is always used when a person kills another person.The text says aggravating factors "like using a firearm...". So the word "like" seems to carry the meaning 'such as' or 'for example'? If that's so then maybe it would be up to the Judge to decide if using a baseball bat on JT is an aggravating factor. Moo
