Not that I see in the records available to the public at this time. It doesn't even mention the slashing of the tires that I found. Much missing it appears in those records :moo:

When I google this guy all I'm coming up with are August articles. He had a court hearing on Sept. 12th - maybe it's because I'm getting this message....

I'm in the US and didn't find any newer articles either. However the link and case # posted earlier by Greater Than appears to have some further updates. I don't speak legalese too well and the PDFs are not opening for me

What in the world? That's horrifying. I hope those burns were made post-mortem in an attempt to get rid of her body. [emoji22]

From the evidence, I am deducing that she was strangled (broken hyoid) in the car ( which was on tape ) and then later burned.

That perhaps is what is to be decided by the jury based on the ME evidence (which has broken hyoid and burns over 75% of her body).

Was also interesting to see that there was a request by the defense team on the public site of evidence they were recently requesting a stop light camera video. (earlier link by mod of all the publicly available information has this)

I've seen nothing come across as to yesterday's preliminary hearing. I did check the site above, and it speaks to having plans for the defense taking depositions of RB, WC, and NC on January 16th. I have no idea who these three people are. (Filed plan was submitted on Jan 2)
