The father confronted Joe on March 17th, and went to police on the 18th. Tontitown LE contacted Bay County, and the latter issued the arrest warrant. Joe was taken into custody at 3:00 pm on the 18th. Very quick turnaround.

I suspect this weekend there were lots of screwdrivers coming into contact with doors throughout Northwest Arkansas.
