I would def be careful about what you say about other people that are around this case. I talked to Haleigh Cummings, Grandma Marie today through Myspace IM & she won't even come on here due to what people have said about her & Crystal. I just wanted to point this out b.c sometimes people who know the missing child/victim do read the internet sites like this & they probably do it to get more ideas from other people on what could have happened.

I know what this site is for.

I simply see no reason to point a finger at someone simply because they live in the same house.

I would think otherwise however if there was evidence such as a past record etc.

They've said they are searching the woods with dogs. I'm curious to know if they indeed picked up on Somer's scent on the roads she was last known to be seen on. Then, where did her scent go? It may be premature for this kind of detail, but they have to know by now whether they have her scent or not...

Okay, I'm now suspicious. What if Somer got home a few minutes before the rest of the kids did and he he did something to her? By sending the others out to look for her, he could finish up whatever it was he was doing? My hinky meter is way up!

What gets me is from Somer leaving school at 2:50, to her siblings getting home at 3:15 just seems like such a small window of time.

I do realize anything can happen, and child abductions can happen in the blink of an eye, but still...

The link to the presser I just shared says she left school at about 2:20.

We aren't looking at this any different than LE is, especially since Somer probably got home first where this guy was, and suddenly she's gone? He deserves a very close look.

Orange Park Police Chief Jim Boivin told the Times-Union his agency notified the Sheriff's Office of the abduction attempt, but the investigating officer failed to report it to Grove Park Elementary. He said that should have been done.

"It just slipped her mind," Boivin said.

Boivin said his officers have kept an eye out for any suspicious blue Nissan SUVs matching the description of one used in the abduction attempt.

They said it in the presser at 4 pm. It stuck out to me because it's my fiance's name. I'm unsure of the correct spelling and I didn't pick up on the last name. I'm assuming Patton, though, since that's what others here have said after the presser.
