Oh boy, I am now wondering if she has been stalked for some time, especially if the past sitter is correct, notice PAST, she probably did not want the responsibility anymore. I am also wondering if the sitter was replaced by someone, it does not look like it . Another ? is , Does SP (loan processor , Indigo and healing specialist) worked from a home base office, how could he take time off work to have lunch with DT and then stay on to wait for the kids?

I've been thinking of the irony ~ he's there at the house waiting for the kids to get home. If only somebody had been at the school to take them home instead. 20/20 hindsight, I guess. MOO

This may be the person.I don't know.If I heard correctly the other day.Someone on HLN said one of the persons that was renovating the house was a sexuall offender I don't who they were talking about.

That was brother of contractor working on vacant house.

My gosh - all those great maps, pictures, and researching of people and information that helped us discuss real possibilities are no longer allowed. Let's hope that the lack of important information for discussion doesn't lead us to tabloid city where mom and her children are going to be sent to the gutter....to the rungs of survival. One more thing....I love our Sheriff B. (Clay County) he was just on the news advising all home owner's to get a gun for protection and learn the proper way to use it....not those exact words...but you get my drift....night

Here's the weird deal to me with the house. Either there were still people working at the house when this KR saw her there (in which case she wouldn't even need to slip in the fence, she could just walk into the yard), or... there was nobody there but this KR and then who knows what happened. Or, he is just full of it and one of those strange people who throw extraneous false info at LE.

Or was he one of the construction workers? Or was he doing some other type of work at the house? She can't be assaulted and killed there by someone other than him IF he is there listening to her tell him how great the work is that he's doing. I mean, the dimensions of time and space don't allow for her to be abducted, assaulted and killed at that house at the same time that he's there talking to her and then watching her go on her way. Only one of those things can be happening at the house on the same day at the same time.

If it wasn't him, and if something happened at the house that did not involve him or the construction crew, it would put her back at the house after he (and they) went home. Would be nice for SOMEONE to tell us who was there that day and what time they left.

It has never been verified that K is KR. That was just speculation by some folks here. All we know about K is supposedly a reporter contacted him and he gave those statements. No one here knows exactly who K is, i don't think. Or even if the person the media spoke to is in fact named K, the article said this but there have been so many errors in reporting you never know.

I'm still not convinced the killer took her to the house. She may have been in it before, but I just don't see the killer taking the time/trouble to take her in there, get her out of there, then get body to dumpster. Just way too much trouble and too many chances. Of course...jmo

Yeah, I mean, if we had more info on when the workers were there it would really be helpful. But if this K guy who talked to her didn't do something to her, then something happened to her after that, and likely somewhere else. And we're only dealing with a two hour time frame here (an hour of which her family was searching the neighborhood), so to me, if whoever was at the house when she came by didn't do it, then it would seem like it almost had to have happened somewhere else.

I can't see someone taking the risk of dragging her all over the neighborhood, back to the house, etc. I think she was well secured within wherever this occurred by the time they started searching at 4pm - probably long before that since the sibs were out looking.

Cam .. I ask about if you think they were painting the outside of the burned house?? guess you missed so will ask again.. the pic with the space in fence at house looks like it was being painted .... it is very uneven colors ....

I just wonder if she stopped and talked to the painter that day if outside was being painted.. if worker there I do not think the gate would be locked up... but who knows..

I ask because I'm watching the video (about the boy seeing Somer at the tanks which I posted above) and there seems to be another part to that gate (mismatched) in that corner and I wonder if it was removed between 10/22 day of video and when you took your pictures.

Will post screen shot in a minute.

I know. I apologize. I thought he had been identified by last name by the reporter, but it was really something I'd picked up in an earlier post on here. I just realized a few minutes ago.

We got in to trouble at school today , a detention of sorts re confusion of what we can and can't post . All is okay now, and OMG I forgot their name helped us this eve with :dance:a sticky, so...we back at it.

I can't see anyone moving her body around too much either with LE looking for her that night, so I agree, wherever she was killed is probably where her body was disposed of ~ or at least very close to it. MOO

At first, this am, we were told no 'sex offender' information on the threads. Guess my comment was about why should we protect the SO and not the family that is being trashed by many. Not that criticism and scrutiny aren't important regarding the family, but some of the attacks belong in the gutter. Of course, that's only my opinion. The SO issue has been clarifed by Trish and I'm so grateful for that. mho
