In video it says that J. (unsure of last name, but minor) was riding his bike home from school and says Somer was "running around the tanks" and he thought she was "excited but she had a frown on her face."

Sounds like he would have been on the sidewalk? Do they let people ride bikes on sidewalks there?

noway, I saw bikes on sidewalk around that area on google... don't know if they allow it ...

so you found video .?? good .. I was looking but got sidetracked.. did you watch video I did post??? I thought it was pretty good..

WOW! This is the first time I have seen SP directly referred to in any aspect of the case since the police report. Surely this information is worthy of sleuthing.

It is very interesting to see SP pop up again. It just makes me wonder why him? What was the nature of the relationship between he and the family? I think it was stated that the day Somer disappeared was the first time SP was asked to wait for them after school. And DT came home for lunch to have lunch with him, in her home. It just strikes me as odd. Could be total coincidence but something is off here.

I'll also add that it doesn't necessarily have to be associated with Somer's disappearance, but something is off. This is a piece of the puzzle that doesn't fit, or maybe it belongs to another puzzle. :banghead:

Yes, that video was from 10/22 and they showed LE inside the house and in the dumpster.

If Somer was in garbage picked up on Wednesday, do you think she was in the garbage dumpster the whole time? Or put there just before pickup on Wednesday morning. How could someone be sure that no trash would be thrown in?

According to Sheriff B's presser , He got a call from the Head Det. Tues am (Oct 20), he stated the DUMPSTERS were going to be emptied this Tues am, stated we are going to follow the trucks to the landfill and they did.

JV, Owner has brother who is RSO (George C. Vinson). That brother has not worked for him in months and has not ever been to 1080.

In video JV says that questioned his crew.

JV says that LE took swab test on helpers. (I think) And his brother.

But if you only had one person assisting would you call him your crew?

Yes, the RSO related to the painting business was the elderly man (72ish) w/the bruise under left eye, recently arrested for not registering new addy, from JAX if IIRC. Had worn glasses in other pics but not wearing in new pic.
I know name but am not going to post-common name.

Do you know if he was a painter or if he was just associated or related to someone with a painting business? If he is a painter, that could be very important. If he was just associated with someone with a painting business, maybe not so much.

There is so much to keep track of and so many RSO's living so close the details are starting to blur.

I hope we get more info soon, or there is a break in the case soon.

So maybe NOT a given that she was in Zone 3?:waitasec: (and taken in Wednesday trash pickup) ... wonder if they had gone through ALL the trash that had been picked up Tuesday and were working on the Wednesday trash.

I wonder if WK was driving his brown Cadillac when he was stopped??? I would like to know if that guy that got stopped other day on kingsley rd .. what color his van was for sure. Cam said her son said white. then some other poster posted it was brown.. or reddish brown..

I am sorry but I feel a lot of cases go cold because they don't let out info and ppl don't want to accuse someone on just putting their auto in the garage and haven't done it in a while.. season's do change and I don't like getting in my freezing car in the mornings..

Isn't SP married? or has his own children?, Its kind of weird unless he was some kind of Mentor or helped DT cope with Somer. I guess the BF isn't jealous of their friendship...

his address matched up w/someone who has a painting business registered.
not clear on his occupation-can't recall if he owned the business or someone else did and he lived w/them.

The way he says "my helper's not a suspect" later in the interview makes me think it may be only one person but it's tough to tell.

I watched a clip today where the reporter said they stopped a white van in front of the house and she said she was told they are doing that alot and asking people if they were by there monday and did they see anything.

FYI , WK GF's child was about 14-15 at the time of the crime. Someone helped me out on this.

So she very well could have been his victim. The age was over 12, under 18, correct??

If she was his victim, that is really messed up. I assumed his most recent GF, who recently passed away, met him after this offense (in 1997). you know what they said about assuming
