Are there any suspects yet?

Police have not named anyone but they arrested a RSO who had failed to report an addy change today. Name is Kuhn I believe.

she could have gone around the back side of the fence where the tanks are, there is quiet a bit of brush around those two sides, but not impossible....I am leaning towards her slipping inside of that torn up fence myself....MO

I left her questions... I don't want a t/o ... I should never have posted that obit today.. I feel just terrible.... I see so many corrections in posts in last thread and feel so bad for the mods.. that is a lot of work to read every post to find mistakes... I deleted my post after I reread it ... but damage was done and I am usually really careful at what I post..

I know you are careful, and I also try hard to be the same. Scrutinizing WK made me so happy that I forgot about ethics...I think many of the corrections were by the persons making them and xed out. Guess many people alerted the mods to what they considered to be a problem, and they skillfully took care of it. Now we have some guidelines and they make sense to me. mho

Cam .. I ask about if you think they were painting the outside of the burned house?? guess you missed so will ask again.. the pic with the space in fence at house looks like it was being painted .... it is very uneven colors ....

I just wonder if she stopped and talked to the painter that day if outside was being painted.. if worker there I do not think the gate would be locked up... but who knows..

A lot of the time it is important to go over old information, as new ideas may come out of it. Also until we get more information to go on, it's what we do.

My apologies for not giving you the credit for first posting the article. I read it in the first thread when this case broke originally and was replying in answer to someone's question.

Sorry, MeoW, I just jumped on here again today after this morning and you have more patience than me at this point. I'm just tired of rehashing over and over.

Here's the weird deal to me with the house. Either there were still people working at the house when this KR saw her there (in which case she wouldn't even need to slip in the fence, she could just walk into the yard), or... there was nobody there but this KR and then who knows what happened. Or, he is just full of it and one of those strange people who throw extraneous false info at LE.

Or was he one of the construction workers? Or was he doing some other type of work at the house? She can't be assaulted and killed there by someone other than him IF he is there listening to her tell him how great the work is that he's doing. I mean, the dimensions of time and space don't allow for her to be abducted, assaulted and killed at that house at the same time that he's there talking to her and then watching her go on her way. Only one of those things can be happening at the house on the same day at the same time.

If it wasn't him, and if something happened at the house that did not involve him or the construction crew, it would put her back at the house after he (and they) went home. Would be nice for SOMEONE to tell us who was there that day and what time they left.

Just wondering once a SO has done his time and probation , do they remain on the State Registry and I am assuming every State is diff. Be patient folks I am from Canada..Thx

ETA: (The name was given as Kyle ... and then someone made connection between Kyle and various RSOs with that name but I had not seen that the Kyle who said he talked with Somer was ever identified.)

On a serious note, Do all SO's stay on the registry for life , after doing time and probation? Thx, sorry I am from Canada

Cam, there is a shed back there. If you plug in the address on bingmaps.com you can see it. bingmaps has a birds-eye view, and you can rotate to look at the front, back and sides.

Me too. Don't think anyone ever identified a last name for K...only speculated.

One thing I'm noticing most of all is a lot of overgrown greenery which would be excellent places for small ones to hide or for no one outside to see what's going on inside. MOO

I learned something on ng tonight .. I know Right??? but one guest said that where ever he was from RSO and SO's had to register every 90 days and if they move in those 90 days then they have to register new addy..

I just wonder if it's like this in all states?? I thought it was once a year they registered or if moved then right away again..

on the sheriff's site I noticed since looking at all these pics that in the left corner to the bottom on one of the pages to the rso's and so's they are to register their internet name and address to the sheriff's office right away..
