With so many children missing/murdered in fl recently I thought st was absolutely right to want his kids to move back to nc but now there is a child (5) missing there too..She was supposedly taken from her home (another mhp) around 6a yesterday.

Now it seems mom (or bf/family) are probably involved..There are also 212 sex offenders in the area.

The fact is no place is perfectly safe for kids today (it was foolish of me & st to think so) & sometimes not even with their own loved ones!

I looked up the citation dates and the filed dates for the traffic citations, and they were ALL filed within a week of the citation.

Now I'm curious!!!

Edit: Even the most recent tickets, which are still listed in the court record as ACTIVE, were filed within a few days of the citation.

2 RC- cop who lives on Briarwood father RWC.

3 Another cop on Briarwood I don't know his initials.

4. KC a teen neighbor near Gano Ave

5. AT I don't know much about.

Then there are the rest of the bunch you probably know already. SP, PC, WLK, CWG. Several other sex offenders. Neighbor RO. We all were trying to figure out the man with the yellow polo, vigil and several others in purple at the funeral. That's about it.

My point was that there are lots of houses Somer could have been taken to. Foreclosed often (not always) equals empty.

DT had a lot more support than other parents of murdered kids, some of which took every precaution to keep their child safe. DT did not unfortunately. She has alienated ST and kept him away from his kids even at the funeral. She doesn't have a heart and all I can say is what goes around comes around. I feel for her. But I feel more for Somer. Her poor decisions let to Somer's death. If I were ST, I would call child protective services on her myself. I checked the folks on the police report and they are pretty shady, one girl had 2 check fraud arrests and a stealing arrest. One main had a revoked license and had driving arrests. I don't know but she could have sent Somer to the after school center etc. She didn't have to fall prey to a murderer. I still am wiery of DT's friends and whatever involvement they had. Now Somer is dead and it's just too late to change things and put Somer first. JMO.

There were pictures of people posted in the early pages (about p. 6 IIRC) of this thread and full names of people not associated with this case (and therefore, from what I understand, considered innocent people).

I think they have to be in the public record and associated with this case by LE not just by a theory here.

ETA: So if Sheriff is in video or in media story saying "We searched the home of AKT and found no evidence." then you could use his name. He is an adult and he was mentioned in mainstream media.

Street names would be okay (IMO only) as long as you don't have the street number because it could be that the person you are discussing does not live there and/or is completely, completely innocent in this case.

Don't take my word for it though. That's just the guideline I use for myself.

OMG - after everything she has been through - and is STILL going through!!!

Has anyone else noticed how thin mom is in recent videos/pics? Her double chin is gone and she's beginning to look gaunt.

She looks as if she hasn't been eating (I know I wouldn't be able to!) and as if she's lost weight. She's stated that she's not able to sleep.

We've all made mistakes as parents. We've all made mistakes as human beings (those that don't even have children!).

It makes me sad and angry that people could send her hate mail and blame her for what happened.

IDK what's up with some people. Diena is already blaming herself for what happened. Until there is evidence implicating her directly in the murder of her daughter, the least folks could do is show a little compassion!

I'll admit, some of her choices/decisions and things she has said/done, have made me sit up and say "Huh?!" But I don't know her. And I would never want to walk half a block in her shoes, let alone a mile.

People who send hate mail to a grieving mother are heartless.

We're all entitled to our opinions. We're not necessarily entitled to express them.
