Sorrell you most certainly have. So why is WK still in the slammer???

he's been charged with a felony in the third degree which carries a possible sentence of up to 5 years and $5000. i don't believe he's been adjudicated yet for this charge.

I am now going to look up speedy trial requirements for FL.

I did notice that the offices DT worked at were open 8-5, M-F and 7:30-2, F. The "Our Staff" section is under construction.

I didn't see anything that indicated either of the offices was ever closed.
bump for office hours

In my Gut I do not think this was a crime of an SO, so I ask myself who the H E L L would do this to a 7 yr old child. My answer is someone who is very very angry and disturbed.
LE was so quick to eliminate any SO's that it makes me wonder.

Because of her position, I would think both offices would need a full time receptionist.
People would call everyday for an appointment, but they would be scheduled according to days when the drs. were in.
Unless she changed recently then I believe the downtown address would be valid.
Why not the one closer to home? Who knows?

OK, sorry if I am bombarding you all but I have been waitng to get my approval for a few hours so I had a number of areas I wanted to explore.

Let's wonder together how it would be that AC was not questioned on the MPR?
He would have travelled there from the opposite direction; I would have thought things
like "when did you leave school, what path did you take, did you see your other siblings??
Just some basic questions.

He might not have gone to the JR high thats right there around the corner and he could have been dropped off at OPAA. There are other types of schools beside regular JR highs

Does anyone recall that Somer also had a white Hat and Scarf that day?

Yes. Early reports said she may have had those. Because cool mornings, warm afternoon, maybe left behind at school forgotton. No further mention I know of them though.

For some reason I recall reading he went to the Jr High on Gano.
Who would have dropped him off? That would be interesting. Then it might mean that DT would have had to notify someone else she was picking AC up at the park. Was he there for a practice or has it ever been stated in the media?

WLK could be sitting in jail a long time. they don't even have to try him until 175 days from date of arrest.

RULE 3.191. SPEEDY TRIAL
(a) Speedy Trial without Demand.
Except as otherwise provided by this rule, and subject to the limitations
imposed under subdivisions (e) and (f), every person charged with a crime shall be brought to trial within 90 days of

arrest if the crime charged is a misdemeanor, or within 175 days of arrest if the crime charged is a felony

they could have their phone forwarded. so that it is only necessary to staff one office (the one with staff present) with a receptionist.
IF all staff goes to one office on same day.

Here one more in case you need more

Lighthouse, an independent Christian school that meets at Advent Lutheran Church on Loch Rane Boulevard, has about 70 students, most of whom have special education needs and attend the school as part of a state voucher program.

Lighthouse has three other campuses in North Florida.

Principal Susan Carter said she never dreamed the lip balm drive would go so well.

Somer went missing on a Monday, and I think I found out early on Wednesday or Thursday that she was missing....I believe it was the same day they found a body in GA. I tried to call but all I kept getting was a full mail box. I sent a spray of flowers to the funeral home, and arranged for single white roses for the family and Sam to hold at the grave site, to lay on the casket before burial.....don't know it they got those for sure.

I am one of her friends on Myspace, but she hasn't been on since 10-24-09. But I wouldn't contact her that way through this ordeal, thats just tacky and tasteless.

If she became a person of interest....wow...my feelings are strong about this...I DO NOT believe she had anything to do with Somers murder. If she did I would die of shock. I know she has been judged harshly, but I also firmly believe that she wouldn't harm her own children ever---regardless of her questionable parenting skills. In two years that I lived near the family, I never saw anything that would lead me to believe that she was capable of intentionally hurting those kids.

I would like to put out there that I also think sam is a great person who is being tested daily.. his faith is amazing to me...hes not perfect.. but I know his children missing from his life has hurt him deeply and he spoke of being reunited with them frequently in the last 2 yrs i have known him again. He never speaks ill of Diena even after the obit.., he was hurt and angry (understandably) at the burial when he was verbally attacked.. (physically as far as I am concerned because this person also stomped his foot intentionally and then sarcastically said oh did i step on ur foot, id like to do more than that... you deadbeat dad" (this is not a perfect quote, but close) I was very proud of the way he reacted and kept his cool with his children watching,.. its so ironic and sad that he got his financial sit straightened out just as somer was killed. Some of u have said i am hard on him, and I am, but only because I know he is honorable, and I expect alot from him.. also., I have wondered what would make Diena hate him so much.... even tho I love him, i still questioned what could he have done? I now believe it is all spite and self centeredness on dienas part.
Your roses were given to the kids and i did notice one or two that seemed to be extra that was given to others, watching lil st with his almost killed me dead, but sam never knew any were intended for him.. he would be very moved im sure..do u not have a way to reach him?
I dont think Diena had any involvement in somers death other than poor parenting decisions..very poor imo. I would not want to be her now.
Thanks so much for joining us. I am so sad about the lil girl in nc...omg..

So you are telling us he was a special needs student? Went to this school?
Why was he at the park? Who brought him? Who would have picked him up if she had not got off work early? Has anybody said?

Share - you're one speedy sleuther!!! I can't keep up with you!!!

I looked up the dental office listed on the MPR, and there are two oral surgeons listed on the website. I wonder if it's really plausible that both dentists as well as all staff, migrate from one office to the other during the course of the week?

At any rate, it's entirely possible that DT worked at the office closest to home, but who knows?

I think KAW has a few different looks. So....he drives a truck? It must be one H E L L of a booster seat. I am trying figure out where the Perp lives, Fl , Iowa ...maybe because if in fact he is a truck driver this is his route? If it is the same Guy that was involved with the 1999 Fl. His Grandma owns 8 acres where LE is presently looking for evidence.
(pinamia's post)

OMG... you guys floor me sometimes with your sleuthing abilities... and cathdawg... again thanks for the laugh...
