My apologies. I thought the introduction of another child's existence came from you to start with. I would not have known of this except for reading your prior posts. My response was not aimed at determining who should have custody either. It was on figuring out if another child was fact or rumor, as you say. Since the issue was raised it is relevant only as to character of a major figure in the case. That is all. I am in no way asking you to discuss particulars as to age. Only to verify.

No apologies needed... Ive just taken some slack for bringing this topic up.. and I want to make sure im quoted correctly if it comes from my posts. I am sure another child is indeed fact. The circumstances of why and where she lives are not.

I read that. This could be a misinterpretation by the media. Or could mean ST had a child prior, thus a half-sibling. And not related to the mother. But in his mind a sibling nontheless. I await confirmation from the source instead which is statements as I understood them from Sadnpod.

I am just trying to nail this down one way or the other. So that we can move on. There HAS been a lot of confusion about how many children.

Ive looked and looked and I dont see anywhere that is says DT "lost the oldest child (IIRC oldest child is AC and lives with DT) due to drugs and was in rehab". I just didnt want anyone to take this as fact when it is a RUMOR...

When a certain someone posts they are leaving a personal message but instead writes in comments space vers PM for the world to see that claims DT was in drug rehab etc etc and then ends comments with "thanks alot" instead of disputing then It makes for the obvious. The ST and DT divorce asking for drug testing backs up the claim further. As for the age of the child I guess you would know that answer better then me

Highly plausible Snuf.....and to think, if it was WLK and he drove her out to the address on Harbor Road in Green Cove Springs - I'm not even sure anyone would hear her screams.

I cant shake how it all played out in my mind when I drove from nursing home to gano when school let out and how I could picture somer and her sibs walking, arguing, somer hiding and him watchin it all, angry and on the prowl, gf just died, had to move, broke, and there she is, other sibs have gone on by, and there she is.. so easy to follow, so easy to catch unaware and alone.. in so many places around the park.. then the compound... it might all be my imagination.. but I can see it all play out in my minds eye.. too perfectly..

either way... I am glad he is in JAIL and I HOPE he stays there...

He had very specific information for being a "dream" right down to the hour when she was dumped.

A car was involved
A house was involved
A single perp
She was strangled
She fought with him
Time when she was dumped
Restaurant dumpster

But lots of scenarios can make sense with this case, because the only hard facts we have been given are:

She was murdered
Her body was found in a landfill
The garbage was from her home vicinity
People searched her immediate home vicinity that night
Dogs lost her scent
She was just a child
LE has cleared some SO from the immediate area
LE has not publicly cleared any of the immediate family and friends

I can't think of any other SOLID facts LE has given. Everything else is conjecture, even some of the info on the MP report is inconsistent.
I'll try and find that comment later on, but I have to head out to my Mom's now.

Yes DT very own Very Very good friend said this and this speaks for it self. You have never said one word about these things which I commend you for. You are always chasing the RSO's and staying away from any of our suspicion of DT. But I will say I have wondered about the drug use from the very start and think it will play into why this happened.

Checking Intellius, DT shows addresses in Killeen, Tx (possibly Ft. Hood) and Michigan and South Carolina. But, there is one in Madison, Alabama. Anyone have an idea of what is that one for?

Not that it has a thing to do with the case, just being curious.

I don't know that Intellius is always correct. I checked my own self-not paying however, and it had me listed living in a town at one time , apparently, about 40 miles from here.

My son-in-law is from that town, but he has lived by us the whole time he has been married to my daughter. I've only been to that town about 4 times in my life-once to buy gas and the other times to socialize with my daughter's in-laws.

So, I'm not sure where they get their info and if it's always right on the money.

I read, I think on some comments on a news article, where a guy had been to a gym at 2:00 AM (is that weird? We have a 24 hour gym where I live, but I don't know if anyone goes there 24 hours. It's not manned all of the time and people get a key to get in).

He said that there was a dumpster from a restaurant or Starbucks or something like that next to the gym). He said that he wished that he had checked it.

I am wondering if someone who is close to the killer is posting or if it is just random people wishing they could help in any way at all.

FWIW, background check I've seen on DT list both her 1st and 3rd marriages as STATE OF MARRIAGE: TX.

I don't think it was a car accident as some have speculated.

Where I live, if it is a hit and run, they release as much info about the car as they can-color from paint chips on road or clothing of victim, parts that fall off, look for dents. that type of thing. I don't think they think it was a car accident or they would release that info so people could be on the lookout. A person who hits and runs is a different kind that a deliberate killer. Sometimes they hit and run because they were drunk.

In my memory I had thought the Sheriff had said "horrific crime". Now I see that he had said, "heinous crime" as posted above.

That's totally different to me. Perhaps it isn't an SO crime then. To me to eliminate all of the RSO's by a simple interview in such a short time means they weren't that serious about it. Unless the RSO had an ironclad alibi, there is no way without further checking that you could claim it was watertight.

I have a job where the alibis would appear to be very watertight. But the other day , I went and worked an hour for someone that had a meeting related to her position. If someone did not know that she left for an hour, they would assume her job meant she was at work. I don't think that you can check on that so quickly.

But the Forensic Astrologers did say that an alibi was not what it appeared when LE was looking. That doesn't just mean RSO's as far as I am concerned.

This is what I KNOW.. ST spoke to me about 5 children (before somers murder). He told me that she had two and they had three. So five. As far as I know (and he said as far as he knows) ST had three bio kids, AT and the twins...

I'm still stuck on that comment about how she was dumped around 4am Tuesday morning in a local restaurant's dumpster, so when I saw the chinese container thing, I was curious if it could be relevant.
I know everyone thinks it's not a piece of the puzzle, but for some reason from the moment I saw it, I t grabbed a hold of me and won't let go. I have read all the scenarios and thought of a few myself, but that one comment just won't let me go.

Do you think the perp ordered chinese food at exactly the exact place where he dumped the body? Then went back to 1080 Gano to eat it?

IF these supposed chinese food containers do exist, maybe she was fed while kept inside the home. But, why those who searched the area looking for Somer did not hear or see a thing?

Didn't the dogs also sniff the whole area?

I think the Chinese food containers would be used to collect DNA. They collected DNA of some of the people that worked at Gano. I am only guessing the owner of VDand B, his brother that is supposedly a Romeo and Juliet SO, and I am assuming Kyle.

Other than those people, I don't anything about the workers that were or might have been there ever.

I don't know about contractors there in Florida, but I would assume that the rules are pretty stringent. Don't they have to have a license ? Although in the city I live by, contractors have to have a license and my neighbor just told me he's doing a job and his license has expired. He even has a sign out advertising on the property that he is working on.

Anyway, checking the food containers might turn up DNA that has not already been processed.

Where I live, you are not supposed to put household garbage in construction dumpsters. So either they didn't care, or someone dumped there garbage there.

I can't see it being teenagers, because I can't see them getting Chinese food. I see them more as fast food types, but who knows. I can't see it as a homeless person, because that would be too expensive for them to buy, unless they dug it out of the restaurant garbage. But then why would they wait to eat it at the Gano house.
