I appreciate all the theories.
Because I don't have one.
I literally have no belief. Just opinions.

So far, I haven't seen one thing about DT's "guilt" that can't be disproven or set aside as useless nitpicking.
Somebody give me something that can't be disproven from my viewpoint and, ver likely, my opinion would change.

There are well documented stages of grief. The first one is denial.

IDK, but I think I would not want a go-between. I think I would want to be in the Sheriff's back pocket so to speak, so I could learn anything the minute he did about any leads they have to finding the monster who murdered my daughter. But, who knows, I could be wrong and feel totally different if I was in DT's shoes.

I am sure SHE would. But, it is the sheriff who wants the go-between.

You are very correct ..You would make a good juror in a case of this type. Thank god people are innocent untill proven guilty and there are 12 people all deciding too.

So far your the most unbiased person here.. I total respect that and look forward to your comments

I would like to go on record as saying that although it must be obvious to everyone here who my #1 suspect is, I'm not invested in being right in my suspicions. I hope it turns out that I'm completely wrong. My heart goes out to Somer's siblings. They have already lost a sister in tragic circumstances. I would hate for them to lose a mother as well, should LE determine they have evidence that she did commit this crime.

I highly doubt she did it. I think she knows and is protecting someone in someway. Perhaps it's her very good friend SP or her boyfriend PC or her son AC. I think she is protecting someone. It can't be this little girl would go off with a stranger. Today there was a one year old dog right in my drive way and you know she wouldn't come with me. This little girl wasn't dumber than a one year old dog. Somer knew her killer very, very well.

http://www.wftv.com/news/21359088/detail.html

Body found Monday, statements made Wednesday. So, it was 48 hours after the body was found.

If you look at the statement made about repaying the community and look at the transcript, the statement was made in the same video as the I love her/I'll miss her.
Therefore...48 hours.

Monday was when she went MISSING, body was found on Wednesday.

I totally agree with you that she knew her killer.

And I also agree that it's highly possible that if she didn't do it herself, she knows or has a strong suspicion of who did, and, as you said, is protecting someone in some way, for some reason. JMO

Answer from Pinamia: The woman to his left looks similar to me as woman who drove Somer to school that morning. Maybe that's an older son of her's or nephew. Really interesting.

Anyone there? Looks like there are only three of us logged in right now.

Infinity, I'm not trying to take anything away from your observation. If we know for sure this young man is a son or nephew of neighbor AB, does anyone know his name, or what kind and color of car he drives? Infinity, did he look like the young man from your vision?

He looks very, very much like the young man I saw. Other things I noticed, he is holding the candle in his left hand, he could be left handed or could have a hurt right hand (the young man I saw was right handed). Also the top of his right shoulder is either bruised or it's a shadow from the camera, can't decide which it is and I've watched it several times. And his face just has that "what have I done!" look on it. He's on in the very beginning then again I think around 4:30 then 4:45 and his expression never changes.

Yeah caught that, but there are too many quotes to go back and edit.

I appreciate your looking at this from an emotional point of view. I am looking at it from a non emotional view. Investigators look it this also from a non emotion view as well. If they have not cleared her there is a reason and we are exploring it. This conversation needs both views so yours is important to the conversation. I take everything you and other say about meds or overwhelmed into consideration

Certainly I have compassion and empathy for anyone who has lost their child to such a horrendous crime. As for emotional point of view - I don't think so. For me, a non-emotional point of view is all about logic. And logic tells me that mom, just finding out her baby has been murdered and thrown in the garbage, would not be worried about verb tenses. IMO looking at the facts with emotion distorts and masks what one sees. Having agendas do that to a greater degree.

Fact wise, there is not a shred of evidence pointing to mom D. as the murderer. I do research and don't create facts to prove my thesis..those who do, put out nonesense. I'm also a pharmacist, if I don't deal with facts, I could kill someone, Perhaps that's why I have no tolerance for tabloid carp. Never have and never will. mho

Don't get me wrong, I have suspicions....
But nothing solid to base them on, so I shut up about them.

I do see things about DT that make me uncomfortable at times, but that is not enough for me. I'm not really comfortable with anyone in this case, and although I have joked about suspecting the sheriff because he's only cleared himself....I even wonder there.

I meant it when I said to show me something I can use and I will gladly form a theory around it, and that goes for any player in this case.

I kinda want a theory.

I think I know ... Sam T. got a call from Somer a while back and wanted Sam T. to come get her. Sam T. has been frantic since that call.. All kinds of things going through his mind.. what could be happening to my child children? He was beside himself he talked to a friend that has a shady past and that friend felt so sorry for Sam T. he thought well, I will help him out and go get the little girl.. He went but things didn't turn out as planned and terrible things happened.

Now to cover his tracks Sam T. looks cornered and at an interview states Le told him soot was on Somer.. He looks around during on air like he is grasping for anything to help deter any information of him or his friends or family away from Florida... So the Soot comes up to target the burnt house..

I know this is wild thought or opinion but this is what some or most look like for the mother DT.. and most are worse about her..

I am sure Sam T. could have some dirt to dig up on him.. gezzz everyone does might not be as bad as some think or worse depends on person.

But NO ONE is Cleared ...... Remember ?????? Just because he is in n.c. doesn't mean he is innocent either.. worse things have happened from out of state..

Never the less the words are important that a person uses. How may times have you seen a case where somesone says words that they bring up in court. When guys wifes go missing and they say she had on vs she has on etc. These things will be looked at by LE

I agree - Casey Anthony talked in 'past' tenses when first questioned by LE...there seems to be a time when it makes a huge difference and times it is irrelevant. mho

If that's not just opinion, is there a link?

You should have been here yesterday. It was all about looking for links and info on the lawyer and how he came about. From viewing them that was my take that he thought she needed a lawyer looking out for her interests.
Is that your take fellow posters.

As for links. I don't know how to do them. All I can do is tell you where to go and how to get there :)

What makes you not take eyes off Infinity? He does seem to be out of his element so to speak.. looks very uncomfortable.. He must be very hot blooded to have hardly any clothes on.. everyone else in long sleeves , coats, sweats.

I got this feeling about a blonde guy in the photos of the city workers wedding. He was covering his face in every picture that was taken of the guests in chairs.

I have just been waiting patiently for LE to come out with an arrest or suspect....... please I Pray let it be soon...

I pray the same thing MommaD!! Yes, he looks very uncomfortable but yet his face has a frozen expression to it. The hair, the eyes, the face are so very familiar to me. Granted I haven't tried to see the person in awhile now, but he's pretty much the way I remember him.

Believe me... there are rumors flyin in NC too. DT is not the only target of hateful comments.

Eyes4 crime . I have a bad habit of talking in "past" tenses.. I even post that way also at times.. I don't know if my brain (little one) is fighting for which side to win to post or speak, since I use both hands... I write with left but everything else I do right handed.. I get a lot of headaches..
