To make everyone feel better I just want to say...thank god they found this child....Thank God....Its really a miracle..

I was roaming around (google maps) and noticed at the northern end of Miller Street ....north of Mockingbird Lane theres some kind of construction site. I wonder if theres a dumpster there? If you drive west on Mockingbird you come to the street where the picnic tables are, street began with F...At the end of Miller the road turns into a dirt road and is hidden. Thats where the train tracks are...

Was this contruction site a company and who's.

I stand correct from SAD re: RSO's being ruled out. Yes, you're right, her last known sighting. The only problem is that this was a "reported" sighting, my point being that reported isn't always the truth. The truth is the truth, it's totally objective and there it is whether we see it or think it, it will come out.

Well,I found it strange there was a real hush hush about this Kyle real quickly.

Sad, I was the equivalent of you in with the Tracy Ocasio case here in Ocoee/Orlando. Equivalent meaning day in and day out I went out and took pictures, video, called people connected to the case, helped remote viewers.. you name it. I wanted nothing more than to have that girl found and didn't mind sacrificing my time to do so since i was so local to that case.
I became so frustrated however when IMO LE wasn't following up on things presented to them by her family (nothing that had to do anything with me or WS). My eyebrow went up and i realized that it was possible that her case would never be solved because someone didn't *want* it solved.. I will leave it at that. So I unfortunatly felt that the time i sacrificed away from my children and family was starting to be more effort than LE was putting into that case and it P'd me off.
I still think of Tracy all the time and I feel bad sometimes that i'm still not out every weekend taking pictures of coordinates a remote viewer sends me or taking video of shady areas near some storage units (you catch my drift).
I commend you on your efforts here, Sad, because you, and others, have put so much into helping find Somer's murderer.
Let's try and keep this case alive and darnit if i were closer to OP i'd do the pictures/videos with ya. I'm an expert at the "drive-by" "no-i'm-not-taking-a-picture-of-you or your house" shot (when yes I really am)..
The reason i just wrote this long winded post was b/c Sad, I noticed you just said your videos sucked. I'm sure you were just referring to some quality of some of the shots, etc.. but the fact that they exist makes it impossible for them to suck. the fact that you spent your personal time taking the photos, the videos, retracing the steps, etc etc - nothing you did could suck.
I know others out there have also retraced steps and taken photos and done similar (Cam, i believe?) - i don't want to take away credit from others out there.
I know first hand the amount of time it takes away from your loved ones, physically and mentally to emerse yourselves as you have. Some of you are related, some not. But Thank you for your efforts in the pictures, videos, phone calls, drive bys, dreams, meditations, etc etc.
who knows - maybe someone here WILL solve the murder.. (maybe they already have and don't know it yet).

amytlake... thank you so much for your post.. and for your input. You dont post that often, but when you do, you make me think for sure. Your post on why they were at gano at night was like a great big light came on! Thank you for that! Luminol... duh! Maybe the videos and pics dont suck, but I always feel like i could have done better. Thanks so much for the empathy.. its nice to know someone knows how I feel.

Not sure what you mean? Address? All I know is that around the web this is a theory some people have postulated. They are going mostly on the attempted abduction that occurred just before Somer's - the LE officer did not report it (it "slipped" LE's mind) and they think that LE ruled this Nissan driver out too quickly. You might want to go back to thread regarding the Blue Nissan which should provide you with links to sleuth this.

I never dream. Well, I'm sure I do dream it's just that I never remember them, except for last night. It woke me right up !!! I don't remember much though. I dreamt that a member here solved Somer's case. I sat right up in bed and thought WOW! Wow that I had a dream and could remember it! Wow that it woke me up! Wow that it was about someone here!

I probably shouldn't say who it was about, don't want to add undue pressure on this poster! LOL :crazy: Then again, maybe it wasn't really a dream, but wishful thinking?? :waitasec: IDK?!?!

Florida - the sunshine state where most of the child murders occur. Big state, I'm not by OP....when somebody is interested, they sleuth away and there are rumors and proven facts. If rumors are things that can hurt somebody, I think they should be put to the test, don't you? Well, I'm not a local. Stay away from big bald men and pray at the grave site, you're right. Stay safe even though what you are doing is helpful, stay safe, because killers hope their deeds will fade away after a while and they can go back to living while their victims are dead. And nobody here (nor Somer) wants you to be a victim, too.

I get sick of florida getting a bad wrap.. I mean really, as far as all the RSO's, I think that one reason is that FL does at least try to keep up with them. At least from sleuthing them, FL seems to have a better handle on it than say.. umm texas (no offense chee). Also, just by virtue of the weather, the way kids are out playing for most of the year, the way people here dress and the beaches.. all outdoor play that means pedophiles in general have an easier access to watch little kids, and more time during the year to do so. We only have a few months that are cold and snow birds still have kids out then. No arrest, no "named" suspect, RSO's ruled out, stick men and vigil geeks, etc., having been sleuthed, LE tight-lipped, no new info about questionable vehiciles or peripheral abductions, etc...

Leads me back to the beginning. People here have strong suspicions one way or another. What else do we have to go on?

In the beginning, SP new age healer was reported to be the BF living with DT, who was at the home for unknown reasons (in spite of what was said on MPR which is not proven fact). In about thread 10 here, we come upon CPC as the boyfriend. Later sleuthing reveals some activities which cause some members here to !!!! such as (around the kids?), listing himself as single when he's living with DT, and etc.

Sleuthing also reveals an earlier picture posted on a MySpace of DT doing what some WS'ers think are inappropriate things at a Halloween party. I have never seen those photos and don't want to. I am not judging what DT did. It was put out in a quasi-public forum and as such has become public, which reveals a specific activity.

According to posters here, SP was present in those pictures and someone said that there were photos of the kids in the background, which would lead one to believe this party took place in her home. Now do we know if CPC was her BF then or whether she was still married to ST or whether he was in Iraq at the time or what?

This question pertains to DT's lifestyle in the context of whatever males and other friends were around her kids and what activities were going on, and if the kids were in the vicinity. It speaks to opportunities for males, especially to have access to the children. To me, it infers a general lack of intelligence or common sense with reference to the kids - probably unless they were out of the home at the time. Whether they were or not, a lifestyle is a lifestyle. Whether you run around naked or dress like the Queen of England, smoke pot or read the Wall Street Journal your activities are going to rub off on your kids.

So I am asking, who was DT with when and who knew who? SAD says ST does not know SP which I think is strange, since SP seems to have been a very, VERY GOOD friend of DT for a long, long time. He was a pallbearer at the funeral of ST's daughter and ST was not allowed to talk to his children. ST obviously knows CPC somewhat because CPC is so hostile to him and why is that, anyway? If ST has not "been around for 2 years" then he hasn't done anything to CPC to give him the right to be a human shield at a public funeral. DOes CPC think nobody has a "right" to know him or that is a better thing than a 2 year (reason questionable) absence. Now we know that DT and ST's divorce was acrimonious, perhaps she did not ALLOW ST access to the kids for those 2 years and is now saying he didn't care????

Back to the triangle, how well does SP the healer know CPC the proponent? Very different interests. Do they have something in common? They are both significant males in DT's life and THROUGH DT, involved in the lives of the children. Because, as a mother who is involved in her childrens' lives, the men in her life are going to be involved too by virtue of their proximity. A recent good example is the little one clinging to her leg up on stage at a Harley fundraiser.

How much, if any authority did these 2 males (ST not being involveld) have over these children? What was or is the relationship of the older male child to the men? Did they or do they have punitive authority - are they allowed to order the kids around, spank, punish them in any way? Did or do they have access to time alone with any or all of the children? Did they participate in wholesome activities with the children? Did they get along with Somer? Did they like or love Somer? Did they help Somer in any way?

What is the relationship of these two men with DT and her children now? CPC lives with them? How did it get reported earlier that SP was the live-in boyfriend, then it was CPC but SP lived there too? This was reported on this forum, WS, so I take it that it was researched because I trust the integrity of this forum. REMEMBER, I AM NEW.

Disclaimer: I am not psychic, and I do not know it all. I always wanted a little girl but I got 2 boys and it's a good thing, too. But God always sends me little girls to love.

Going back to the very first thing DT said on the first tv press conference. She said. Somer you aren't in trouble just come home. Why would she say that to a 7 year old???? It just doesn't make sense. Your child is missing and you say that.

Then when they found Somer in the landfill she said. It's not okay to throw her in the garbage. This is the last thing that any parent would say if their child was killed. DT is a very strange woman and there is definitely some involvement. She know who did it.

It may turn out they don't have the evidence to arrest but they know who did it. The clues are all there. Someone very very close to the family. Guaranteed.

Yes a constuction company maybe for the railroad? I could not make out the name..grrr....A street named Railroad Avenue runs on the side of Somers school and swings around-westbound. Railroad Ave is all fenced in with old broken down trains etc...Probably dumpsters there to but couldn't see any...

I wish we knew some of the answers to your questions, but IMO, most are unavailable... I do know, however, that since this case, and watching ST as he did early interviews, I do not trust the media one iota to report "FACTS".. I use to think they had to get close to the truth anyway. Media is not what is use to be.. integrity and honest reporting. Its all about the entertainment value now.... and the entertainment value of somers case has worn off... Thank God and LE she was found...every day I am thankful for this.. as I am sure everyone is... I cant imagine the heartache for those who dont know and may never know where their child is..

Go back and look at everything. Why would she say that she's not in trouble? Let's say someone took her. That was the first thought even DT had. Why would she be in trouble with her??? Her reasoning is off. Perhaps she was on medication to get her through it but most things DT says are from left field. Now when Somer was killed she focused on the garbage aspect not on the huge loss.
I wonder if she even knows how her daughter was killed. If LE didn't tell her nor ST about it or anyone, it's for a reason. The killer is among them. DT even said LE didn't want to disclose the cause of death other than homicide. Nobody saw the body. How strange unless DT is very very close to the suspect.
