I don't think we can put DT in the same category as CA, OJ, Scott Peterson... just yet.

No...I was NOT putting DT there...just saying that at some point this idea of offend no one is very restrictive

I have not been able to follow this case much as it frankly confuses me...lots of "initials"...and lots and lots of RSO's...the area must be full of them??? and yet no info from LE as to what/how/or "why" (sexually motivated or not)

I think that is a HUGE issue

If NOT sexual...I do think back to the recent spate of kids who murder other kids....maybe some kid "beat" her up and she died (hit her head?)

could even be another girl???

and...it could also be a kid (teen boy)? who both assaulted her and killed her..so confusing

the people in that community must be afraid of everyone and everything till there is some resolution

I sure hope no little kids are walking home alone...((shiver)))

I wonder WHY the LE are playing THIS case so "close" ??

Because every road so far is a dead end. They were complaining about too many false leads. That says it all. There is much deception in this case.

The statement by Beseler was made a long time ago. But people keep quoting it as if he said it yesterday and as if it still holds true.

If they have not advanced since then, I have no faith in them at all. While they may not have a suspect, surely by now OTHERS have been ruled out?

JMO but I don't think LE would announce if/when they have a suspect (or two or three). They are playing everything SO close to the vest.

And there was a time when I wondered if the reason for this was that the perp was a cop. Because I knew there were cops in the area when Somer disappeared (local made statement that there are cops present in morning/afternoon).

My perp idea is still a realtor type but I tried to think of who else would be in the neighborhood and thought of mailmen and busdrivers (small white buses, other schools' buses).

Any others who blend into a neighborhood ... who would have transportation and might stop/start without drawing attention?

Somer was in a horrible unfriendly mood that day because of the fight. It has to be someone she had to get into the car with. I'm suspecting CP and always have.

Remember the little girl wanted out a couple of months before. And CP is very controlling. This of course is all my opinion.

She was that way the whole day. She didn't want to go to school that morning. She got into a fight in school and then a fight after school. I have kids too. One is extremely friendly but when she's in a bad mood that stays for a while.

I agree. She did go to a stranger. She went to Kyle we know for a fact.
