DT, from what we know from posters on news sites, worked at the OP office that day....this office is between Debarry and the Jr. High, on Kingsley Ave....just a hop skip and jump from Somer's school, and home......Somer left school with her siblings and was last seen at the Gano home around 2:45. The other children arrived home at 3:05 without Somer....SP sent them out to look for her, AT returns in 15 min, he sent her out again to look, before he called DT....she looks for an hour this time....then texts were made back and forth between DT and SP....DT leaves work unannounced....to go look for Somer.....AC gets out of school at 3:45 approx, by the time he gets home, say 30 min, has a drink, snack, complains of having to go find Somer again, I am guessing the time is about4:30.....DT should have already been home by this time since work is like 5 min driving time from the office......Why would AC be already looking at the ball park when DT got off of work....this makes no sense to me......DT states that she got off work, went to the park, and AC had already been searching there....not possible, unless he left school early that day....MO
Has this been determined for sure? I thought nobody new which office she worked at on that particular day. On the MPR she gave the name and address of the Jax office and did not say she was in the OP office that day, so no one is sure that she ever worked in the OP office, are they? Her coming home to have lunch with SP would sure make a lot more sense time wise if she WAS working in the OP office that day. It would also give her a lot more time to be searching for somer before she flagged down the officer than if she was coming from the Jax office.
Something is not right with the time. How long would it take for the other children to walk home from school? Does anyone know? AT last saw somer around 2:45 I think around the intersection of Solomon and Gano and chased her for awhile according to reports, but lost site of her in a crowd of children. From 2:45 (last sighting by AT) and 3:10 (when the other 2 children arrived home without Somer) is 25 minutes. Is that not a long time to have taken for the other 2 kids to get home given the fact that one of them was chasing (running)after another for part of the way? DT said little ST lagged behind to talk to a friend; did AT stop and wait for him? I would assume so if they both got home at 3:10 without Somer. This is a very short time for someone to have snatched Somer in broad daylight with the streets full of children and other parents. It just doesn't make any sense at all either way you look at it. Somer ran, AT chased her, little ST lagged behind, AT and little ST still got home together; Somer disappeared.
