I am going to believe Beseler's statement that it took time in order to positively link these images to Harrell.

Did Harrell know, suspect or get wind of that the Buchanan's had turned his computer over to LE?

I think he did know and I think that may have been why he felt compelled to act out his sick game with Somer. IMO he knew he was going down. In his mind, what did he have to lose.

This is just my opinion. I have nothing to back that up.

Just that I have read over and over again that these sick POSs act when there are major changes in their lives.

His family had moved, he was being investigated for child , he acted...IMO.

I am one who totally believes that people who have child should be sent away forever.

I don't care how you slice it. LE did not act on this . I don't care it it has anything to do with Somer or not. They had it since August, so it shows how much LE cares about child .

LE can say what they want. The facts speak for themselves. August. Children-who cares.

If your computer was brought in to LE with child - wouldn't you want them to figure out how it got on there and with what monies, and who downloaded it, BEFORE you were accused? Warrants require 'probably cause' and warrants were needed for a multitude of places - banks, download sites etc. This has been explained over and over here on these threads.

I'm not sure why people even suggest this is some huge conspiracy between the FBI, LE, Sheriff's LE, Mississippi & Florida, crime labs, computer labs etc. Don't understand why so many are trying to protect this parasite! What am I missing?

I read somewhere, and I do not remember where, but it was a news article. LE questioned him in Aug, but JH did not want talk to LE. I kid you not. That's what the article said.

No, I do not think LE did a good job at all. They did not do anything with that for months. Sorry, but I am not impressed no matter what LE is trying to say. CYA. :furious:

It has also occurred to me that maybe JH accessed certain sites on his aunts computer or hooked up with some of the same child enthusiasts as he had on the computer left in Florida.

I just feel certain that LE has him on the 29 charges and will be adding more charges when he gets back to Florida.

I hope the is enroute right now!!!

Me too! I'm on pins and needles waiting to see what happens when he gets back to the sunshine state.

We can sit here and second guess LE all day long. It is much easier to comment about what LE has done or not done after the fact. I know how hard LE works. My late husband was LE for a little over 21 years. I have also worked in the system and am now retired. It is much harder than some think.

I appreciate LE and the job they have done. They are not on a witch hunt to falsely nab someone for Somer's murder. They go where the evidence takes them no matter what. I have faith that LE will get the right guy and have the evidence to back it up.

We know the bare minimun IMO.

Good for LE. They have kept this case very close to the vest since Oct. 19. Aggrevating for us, but great for their case. IMO

I also think we just know a bare minimum of what LE knows. We will know in time. Meanwhile, I am on pins and needles waiting for more charges!

We have to be patient and see how it plays out after JH is back in FL.
