Y'all, now that he has been charged, I have a feeling this thread will not have to be bumped anymore. Can you imagine the info that will come out due to the Sunshine Law.

All of our questions since Oct will most likely be answered. Not just about the murder, but about a lot of things.

I'm praying this family finds peace in knowing the monster that killed their baby has been charged.

I'm praying for DT and ST and the rest of the family this morning.

I guess we can now say, every one has been cleared of the murder except JH????

I know much has been discussed over the past 5 months about certain people not being cleared by the CCSO.

Jarred Harrell, the former Orange Park resident who lived along the same route Somer Thompson when she went missing in October and who was named a person of interest in her slaying, has been charged with murder.

The Clay County Sheriff’s Office also announced today that “Team Somer” it will make a major announcement in the case at a noon press conference at the First Baptist Church of Orange Park.

Jail records released by the Sheriff’s Office show Harrell, 24, is charged with premeditated murder, sexual battery of a child under 12 and lewd and lascivious battery.

Thank God for team Somer!

CCSO has been so great in this case since the first hour.
Even when they were downed for not releaseing information, they stayed tight lipped and I think that is why we are seeing an arrest.

Way to go CCSO and Team Somer!
