Thank you Capebluff. So much new info. My comments on what we learn as I read the search warrants--
Ashley TOOK the items left in the moving truck and put them in her business storage-- including Taylor's toothbrush and hair brush which would have Taylor's DNA on them.
Ashley told police there was NO safe deposit box and said she took Taylor to her house and gave her the money. But Ashley previously told Taylor that a friend of Ashley's had an unoccupied safe deposit box that they could use. I can't believe Taylor would believe that? Seems sketchy? Investigation revealed multiple texts where Taylor was asking Ashley to bring the key to the "WF" box.
Ashley claimed Taylor left several pieces of her jewelry behind in Ashley's vehicle the day she disappeared. WHY would she think that is believable?
Ashley gave her phone to the police for analysis but then continued to provide incorrect passwords making it harder for them to get info off her phone.
Ashley delayed meeting Taylor several times and noted that her husband does not like Taylor so she could not meet with her when her husband was at home.
After the $34,000 of Taylor's money was put into Ashley's account, it was transferred into accounts owned by both Ashley and her husband-- there is no way he didn't know about this money.
Ashley's phone pinged at her warehouse business at around 10:00 AM on Sept 8th. Isn't that around the time when she picked Taylor up?
Ashley apparently took Taylor's phone with her to a wedding in Alabama on Sept 9th. Both phones pinged in the same area but Taylor has no connection to the area and Ashley was seen at a wedding and used her bank card in Alabama to make a purchase.
Inventory list of what was taken from the McArthur home is attached but sort of hard to read. Can anyone transcribe it? TIA.
Second Search Warrant doc has text messages between Taylor and Fleurde. I don't think Taylor sent any of them from the "Not sure yet" text onward. JMO.
Taylor's money was transferred to business accounts owned by the Mcathurs and by Ashley's parents. Did they know what was going on?? Wonder where her parents thought she got the money for the business account? There are THREE different signatures on Taylor's checks-- seems like one or more signatures were forged...
A map for all the different cell phone hits would be helpful if anyone is in a mapping mood...I'm a little overwhelmed at all this new info.... Oh and Ashley stopped and bought a snack on her way out to the farm, which proved she wasn't in Milton but was heading toward Beulah... First of all she either recently killed her friend or was planning to soon and she stops for a drink/snack?!? Second, HOW did Ashley think she would get away with this?
I don't think I can read anymore.
I can't imagine how hard this is.
