Iiuc the restraining order over communications was, as you note, already a condition of his any pre-trial release....

But not one, whine incarcerated iiuc.

So the fault rightfully wants to shut that curb as well as prevent him from accessing and depleting financials.

I may just be restating the obvious.

He needs to be cut off from all opportunities to do more damage.

Unless he gets a free lawyer from the state, his defense will deplete all non-protected assets.

He's going to be such a hit in prison 👍
He'll sing at them, and preach to them, until they're all as wonderful (but humble) as he is. "God put me here for a purpose!"

Yeah, I can imagine the media attention on this case makes CF a target in jail.

Looking at the DM photos, that last one makes me wonder if CF was abusing drugs. His appearance really changed when you look through them and get to the end. His energy is so dark. IMO

You'd (likely) be right. I say likely because the amount is redacted so can't say for sure if it's "substantial" or not.

SOOOOO.... was her murder for the insurance money, or was he just tired of her?

SS's from the Motion for Domestic Violence Temporary Protection Order.

You know, I wondered the same thing. Then I saw “pastor.” So in addition to your speculation I want to add, reputation as a good, God-fearing man who “lost” his wife, tragically. Not the (alleged) philandering, regular old dog of a husband who wants something new. I swear, why so many “pastors.” I start to think “murder” when I hear of the dead wife and pastor husband.

I think he was a music and worship pastor, but not sure if that was his actual paid job. And IMO his motive for murder may have been around protecting his reputation and standing in the church. One of the reasons I’m very interested in this sad case is that I was raised in the style of church I think he attends. And image and reputation are a huge part of people’s identity. IMO being seen as a wonderful father and family man in a picture perfect family with two angelic beautiful children and a doting wife is everything to stay a golden child in the church.

I think that his wife had told him she was leaving him. And that would completely destroy his carefully created image. Better to have a story as a tragically bereaved husband and father, who everyone would pray for and fuss over, than a discarded and flawed spouse. And if there is good life insurance even more incentive.

I realise I’m not even nodding to his presumed innocence here. And of course it’s very early days so if evidence arises that shows someone else did it I will apologise.

"Dead wife pastor husband" has become so cliche.
