Defense submits motion in Tipp City murder case​

Attorneys representing the Tipp City man accused of murdering his wife have moved to limit public access to the case.

The motion also requested that law enforcement not share any details about the case, which would include, but would not be limited to, Tipp City Police, the Miami County Sheriff’s Department, the Miami County Prosecutor’s Office and the FBI.

If the motion passes, any public information about the case would be restricted until it’s fully resolved.
