Le Lievre was investigated by the school board twice in 2024 due to allegations of inappropriate conduct, according to police.

Seminole County Public Schools confirmed to NBC affiliate WESH that Le Lievre resigned in lieu of termination in 2024 and is not eligible for rehire.
