Le Lievre was investigated by the school board twice in 2024 due to allegations of inappropriate conduct, according to police.

Seminole County Public Schools confirmed to NBC affiliate WESH that Le Lievre resigned in lieu of termination in 2024 and is not eligible for rehire.

His actions were before Maddie was missing.

He raped the 13 year old Christmas day of 2023. Broke up with mother in early 2024. School investigated, did not have enough evidence.
But mother and the former 13 year od came forward in Feb. 2026.

I think the smirk on his face is that he really truly thought he got away with it.......
