I'm very confused with the circumstances of finding the poor girl in the car.
In one instance it says that.."when one of Tracey's grandsons arrived, the complaint affidavit said that "all of a sudden," it "came across her head" that Uriel had been in the SUV all afternoon. Her husband, Nun Ney Nix, immediately began CPR."
A Hardee County grandmother is scheduled to go on trial Monday for leaving her 7-month-old granddaughter in a hot car where the baby died.

In another instance it's said that.."According to reports, around 4:30 p.m. Nix got back into her Lexus – the stricken infant still in the back seat – and drove to speak to her husband on another part of the property.
While speaking to her husband, Nix reportedly told investigators “it came across her head” that she forgot the infant in the car all afternoon.
“The defendant said she opened the back door, and her husband ‘panicked’ and got the victim out of the vehicle and immediately started CPR,” according to the report."
The former elementary school principal charged in the hot-car death of her granddaughter will be headed to trial this November.

IMO, these are two totally different circumstances and in both, admittedly, TN doesn't look good but in the second she is literally driving around with her poor granddaughter still strapped in the backseat. No mention of the grandson from the first instance either.
