At before 2:00 mark, the Sheriff says that TB was last seen by her family members a little after midnight.

Does he say where she was when her parents last saw her? Home or elsewhere?

I’m guessing more kids are somehow involved. Maybe not in killing her, but maybe luring her into her killer, hiding things, lying, etc.

Perhaps her parents last saw her at midnight at home and other kids last saw her later at the Amenity Center.
I grew up in Florida and it’s been a long time but at the same age, we would sneak out after our parents were sleeping, climb the fence and swim in the pool very late at night, often traveling on bicycles. If we saw car lights, we would just stay low in the water at the edge of the pool. We were never caught.
In retrospect we were lucky nothing bad ever happened to us.

Sheriff Hardwick also says that they're going to search several other retention ponds in the area for any other evidence.

Fucci had a virtual detention hearing at 8:30 a.m. at the Volusia County Regional Detention Center in front of Circuit Judge Michael Orfinger.
Orfinger said that he agrees there is probable cause to keep Fucci detained and that he will remain detained for 21 days or until further order of the court

It's unclear at this point if Fucci will be tried as an adult.

Florida law leaves it up to the state attorney's office to decide if children are tried as an adult under discretionary criteria.

Aqua was Tristyn Bailey’s favorite color.

It’s also probably the first thing you’ll spot when driving through Durbin Crossing, where the 13-year-old lived. To honor the late teen, neighbors are hanging aqua ribbons on their mailboxes, trees, and doors to show solidarity and support for the Bailey family. One neighbor said he went to a nearby store, and it was out of the ribbon in that specific color.

I have not sought out or seen any internet rumors, but I've heard there are many. It seems everyone knew AF was responsible for Tristyn's death. I'd sure like to know motive. RIP you talented young girl.

Tristyn was stabbed to death. I'll get a link. They probably found clothing at his home and are looking for the weapon. Yesterday they did find something in the retention pond.

"The arrest report says two subjects were seen about 30 minutes later on a home surveillance camera walking east on Saddlestone Drive. One was wearing black pants and a black shirt, the clothes Bailey was wearing when her body was found hours later near a retention pond. The report said she had a “significant injury to her head” and “other trauma.” The medical examiner later determined she had been stabbed."

The other person in the video was wearing shorts, a light colored hooded sweatshirt and white shoes with a black Nike logo, police said. According to the arrest report, a little less than two hours later, at 3:27 a.m., only the person in shorts is seen walking back west on Saddlestone Drive, carrying the white shoes with the Nike logo.

I hate this. Poor girl. Why did he do it? What was the motive? They knew each other, they attended the same school, apparently they were together that night, as friends. So what happened?
