Met outside when his brother & wife arrived, AM came over. He was sweaty. He invited himself in & went to outside dock.

Ha...of course he caught fish fishing.

Got home a Friday night & AM came over again. Wasn't upset or distressed. No mention of fight or dead people. Objection, sidebar

Overruled. No tension or disagreement with Megan. Back out fishing the next day...he's a cute good ole boy. Started smelling something dead between houses.

Came home to take boat back and was going to go back. Now Sunday, back fishing. Goes back to house 7:30-8:00 hanging on back dock & AM came over...same demeanor. AM asked if he had security cameras out of nowhere. Said he had cameras all over , but didn't, said that because of odd questioning. Next day odor got worse. Said to AM something smelled bad between the houses, AM didn't respond

Asked & AM said all family was in WV. Took a cab & flew. Said he was all alone at house.

Next day brother left. Smell a little better. AM asked him to go to cash check. Ended up at Winn Dixie. Tristan wasn't there. Never saw anyone at house

Umhm, he took AM to cash a check without Tristan. Definitely left the child alone.

Saw him again AM wanted checked cashed. Went to bank. No Tristan.

Wed Sept 3 @ 1:30 saw AM came over 3-4 more times every hour. Wanted to go out for beer. Went to Skinnys.

At bar 5 hours. Ate, played pool. Thunderstorm. Came home 11:30 pm.

Wed Sept 3 @ 1:30 saw AM came over 3-4 more times every hour. Wanted to go out for beer. Went to Skinnys.

Left Tristan at home again.
