Could picture 12 be the one below, it says she was dead a year or 2 the young lady below went missing in 1991 and was known to abuse drugs so the weight could of been different from drug use?

I don't think that this is Lurline. There is a 4" difference between Lurline (5'5") and the UID (5'1" estimated). You are right that her weight could have changed, but IMO, there are too many other things to have to explain away, such as the physical disabilities that aren't mentioned in Lurline's DoeNet page.
