Identified! FL - Volusia Co., Male body in St Johns River, Dec'12 - Robert Remus

DEBARY, Fla. — A body was found in the St. Johns River by a boater Wednesday, according to the Volusia County Sheriff's Office.

The body was found around noon, north of the Highbanks Marina.

The boater flagged down a unit of the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, and then the sheriff's office was brought in to assist.

The sheriff's office dive team was called to retrieve the body.
