On IPad now, will be hard to copy tweets. I might have catch up with it later.
And, you’re welcome!

My other trial is kinda slow today so I'll see if I can post up Frank's tweets too.

Ming says he has been retained thousands of times for cases

Under direct by Nielsen Ming said he found in another case that the person was malingering and he reported that and the person was executed.

Malingering is the fabricating of symptoms of mental or physical disorders for a variety of "secondary gain" motives, which may include financial compensation (often tied to fraud); avoiding school, work or military service; obtaining drugs; getting lighter criminal sentences; or simply to attract attention or sympathy

Mings reading reports from corrections department which says Toledo was taking anti-psychotics & anti-depression drugs & a mood stabilizer

#toledo was taking antipsychotics, antidepression drugs while serving prison sentence from 1999

I suppose he stopped taking medication and didn't think he needed treatment any more after being released?

LT didn't plead NG by reason of insanity did he? Nothing stated so far indicates he didn't know right from wrong.

There is a history of reported multiple suicide attempts, Mings said of #luistoledo

Mings said #luistoledo reported he was in a psychiatric hospital as a child. He says he does not know if there are independent records

Prison records also reference an anger control problem and daily fluctuating moods and anti-social personality disorder #luistoledo

Records referene auditory hallucinations and delusions of persecution
