This is a huge waste of time. None of this is making any difference. One is cancelling out the other. And LT lived his entire life not suffering from any mental health issues or problems functioning because his brain wasn't "normal". Where are all the friends, doctors and relatives lined up to tell how much he suffered? The only time either of those things ever came into issue was when he was incarcerated or malingering during trials for his criminal activity.

The only real question here is whether 12 people can unanimously vote for the death penalty. I believe this is the first case in Florida where a unanimous verdict is required?
