More like a juvenile facility where his parent's probably sent him because he was a handful. Antisocial personality disorder fits this guy to a tee.

Seriously, where are all the loving friends and family lined up to talk about what an upstanding guy he was until he "accidentally" hit his wife and killed her. Where is his previous wife and 16yr old daughter pleading for his life? How about his brother whose wife he threatened a year prior to this murder?

He has no mitigating factors. And judging by his hand signal games in court, he's still a danger. Lock him up alone on death row, let his appeals run out and then give him what he claims he wants.
