If I were a juror I'd half believe the accusations against Jackson, but..Jackson's DNA wasn't found and LE cleared him.

Except we know what Toledo has done in the past and is capable of. What was TJ in jail for? I don't think he was asked was he? Or did the prosecution clear that up when he was on the stand?

Yes, while he was on the stand he was asked. TJ was on probation for burglary--computer stuff, etc. Now he works in a computer store of some kind. He was asked if it was hard to find work after being on probation and he replied yes.

Btw, TJ's driver's license had been suspended at the time.

Jackson was released from probation in December 2013. I can't access Vol. County Court records right now....it's not responding for the next hour or so due to a system maintenance. But here's articles:

So TJ was not on probation from a violent crime like LT had somewhat confessed to in one of his previous convictions. Too bad the jury can't know about LT's gang affiliation and the fact that he would have no problem from the gang in prison for having killed an unfaithful wife but that he would likely be punished for being a child killer.

Finally found the testimony about the translucent plastic sheet. Day 4 on Lawnewz. Starting at about 3:00 CSI Eugene Mefford witness testimony. He met Detectives Maxwell and Beers, along with Tyshawn Jackson, at a dumpster located between two apartment buildings at 4101 Lake Jenny Dr. in Seminole county. (Lake Jenny apartment complex.) Recovered trunk mat, men's size 7 boots, black sweat pants with garage door opener, roled up t-shirt, football ring, beach towel, wash cloth, Mean Green Cleaner bottle.
Later in testimony (about 3:28) he states he processed the Honda, and further testifies about more evidence collected including purse and contents, translucent plastic sheet recovered from inside dumpster, sweatpants with clicker, etc.

So all that stuff was the last evidence he had to throw out, which indicates to me that it was all stuffed into a bag in the back of YS's car during the disposal and when he was dumping and cleaning the car. He may have used plastic sheets to wrap the bodies and then laid one down in the trunk to keep it "clean". In that last article I posted, he was known for keeping DNA out of a crime scene.
