He was, and that was clarified. But the defense keeps trying to grab on to it.

So that's all they've got. Toledo claims a bus driver saw him at Publix and a bus driver who usually goes there in the morning claims she saw a "person" in a light colored shirt cleaning their car window. But she doesn't know anything else.

TJ claims that LT was wearing mostly black clothing. Black clothing was found in the dumpster. CD claims LT showed up in black pants and a grey shirt at 5:30am. LT claims he threw his clothes off a bridge but none were found, not that they would be days later. He claims he came home in his underwear. Where was TJ supposed to be then?

Guilty on all three counts. I hope the jury takes under an hour.

i think she was letting him talk hoping hed give a clue to where she was.

I don't understand the point of this call. I realize he was trying to justify himself to her and she probably wanted to stay neutral, stay out of it, so she let him ramble on. But if it were me I'd be screaming, "Where is my friend? Did you hurt her?" MOO
