Reporter Clair Metz tweeted earlier that no explanation was given for the hallway meeting this morning. That was when the judge, court reporter, Toledo, attorneys and LE all went into the hallway.

Crap, I missed the first part. But judging by the tweets I'm not sure I'm too unhappy about that.

The prosecution should be objecting to some of these statements. I hope they do a bang up job of clearing them up in their rebuttal.

This guy is a snake. It's called a rebuttal for a reason. Misleading the average person to think that the prosecution is supposed to get up and "finish their argument" and not "rebut" what the defense is saying.
