Sounds like she is pulling our leg.
And the breast is fake.

How would you pull it off- the scam that is? A reporter supposedly saw it besides the pictures.

I knew I'd seen it before when I heard the story, Arnie's movie Total Recall (1990), just found the pic of the 3 breasted prostitute. Seems like they had a 3 breasted girl in the remake too which I haven't seen.

Or you can use Spirit Gum adhesive, which is what special effects people do. . I cannot find anything about how to put on a prosthetic breast that way, but here's a site on how to put on a zombie brain.

Update 2: 10 News WTSP has obtained a copy of a lost luggage claim filed by Tridevil at Tampa International Airport from earlier this month. One of the items listed in her claim is a three-breast prosthesis.

But an incident report filed with the Tampa International Airport Police Department shows that she was carrying 'a 3 breast prosthesis' in luggage stolen from her in early September.

The publicity-hungry Tridevil, who hopes to land a show on MTV, told the British newspaper that a film crew recorded her $20,000 procedure.

The massage therapist claims to have seen at least 50 doctors before finding one who would perform the procedure.

Tridevil also appears to have a questionable past. In March 2013, when she was calling herself Alisha Hessler, she was busted for identity theft for using a fake ID at a Florida bar.

"She stated, 'I got it off of Craigslist for $20,'" read the police report obtained by the Daily News. "I asked her if she knew the female on the identification and she replied, 'no, not at all.'"

And in December, Hessler was lectured by cops after she shamed Florida man Gabriel Urena into standing in the street with a sign reading: "I beat women. Honk if I'm a " after he allegedly groped and beat her.

She also forced Urena to wear a dunce cap, but in return she dropped the charges, ABC Action News reported.

She is being silly anyway because when nature goes wrong and some people have a mutant gene that goes wrong and they have a third breast or maybe even four breasts, they do not grow three in a row across the chest, they grow underneath the "normal" breasts. (A bit like other mammals). I have seen pictures of women with three (and four) breasts before surgeons remove them. THEY DO NOT GROW THREE ACROSS THE CHEST!!!
And as for anyone paying to see a freak. Way back in our shameful past people did pay to see freak shows, but they were real freak shows. When nature goes mutant and there was no way to fix it.

If she had the surgery, as she claims, she should have had a psych eval performed anyway before it was ever done! Now it seems to be a prosthesis she attached, but it isn't photoshopped as people originally claimed. She's definitely getting the attention she craved, but as a freak- and I've heard she doesn't like that it's negative attention (should've thought of that before going public!) This story has gone national.

What a freak show! Obviously she's doing it for attention, but when will it get old??? There are much easier ways to keep men away than mutilating your body. She's also never considered how hard it's going to be and expensive to get custom bras and bikini tops. I'm normal and have a hard enough time finding them in my size.

I can't believe there's a doctor low enough to do this surgery for money!!! She needs psychiatric help.

As this has been debunked by snopes, since after you posted. I would love to see a reality show on her life. If only she weren't crazy. I'd love to see a show on how easy it is to manipulate the media in to believing something really stupid. I bet it could be done as an hour long weekly show and involve some very big media names. Vetting stories is almost non existent now.

So she's counting on being on a reality show for her income??? What's her backup plan when that gets cancelled? Who will hire her? The circus??
