CINCINNATI -- A man who attempted to run this year's Flying Pig Marathon in the nude was sentenced Tuesday.
Brett Henderson, 35, made headlines when he was spotted running the marathon in May wearing only a headband and running shoes.
Henderson was approached by police during the marathon and shot with a Taser gun after he refused to comply with officers' orders to get in a police cruiser.
Henderson pleaded guilty Tuesday to a public indecency charge. He was sentenced to a year of probation and 80 hours of community service.
In addition, Henderson must pay the entry fee for this year's race, which he apparently had not paid, and is banned from running any future Flying Pig marathons.
